"Ino?" I heard someone say to me. I fluttered open my eyes to be greeted by bright lights, and my teacher. Slowly, everything started coming in to focus. I saw several faces above me, and a few people were in tears.
"SHE'S ALIVE!" A girl screamed. Suddenly, I felt the pain in my chin and body and remembered it. Stupid Jimin.. He doesn't even feel bad! I sat up slowly, and seen my blood covered clothes again.
I seen Jimin, and his eyes were wide. He probably thought he killed me and would be arrested.. Jerk.. I got to my feet, and everything hurt. I assumed I had passed out from seeing blood..
I walked carefully to Jimin, and was stumbling and people kept trying to catch me when I'd fall over. I slammed my hand on Jimin's shoulder, to support myself from falling. He looked mortified, probably from the amount of blood from my legs and face.
I raised my hand, and slapped the crap out of his face. I used the strength I had, which tired me out immediately. His entire head turned, and he stumbled away from me. I let go, and the teacher began helping me walk away. She yelled something at him, but my hearing was wacky.
Once we entered the nurse's office, I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror. A long gash stretched from the center of my chin, up to right past the corner of my mouth. I had a bruise under my right eye, and I was drenched in blood.
The nurse came out and gasped in shock. She ushered me to behind the curtain, and began helping me. "Happy Birthday Ino.. Sorry this is how it's been..."

I looked at the people passing by me as I walked through the halls. My friend went to my house and brought me some new clothes, and I took a shower. I got my chin stitched up, and my knees bandaged.
I had a black shoulder-less crop top, with high-waisted black jeans with cuts up and down the legs in them. I felt miserable, but the outfit she brought was cute enough to make me at least feel nice.
My Hair was now up in a bun, a few light and dark purple strands of hair falling at the back of my neck and around my face. I kept getting stared at, since everyone seen it, and my chin was bright red and purple with stitches in it. The nurse couldn't even do it herself it was so bad.. They had to call an ambulance to help.
Most importantly, Jimin was no where to be seen, yet he was told to apologize to me. Suddenly, a shorter than me brunette girl runs up to me. "Happy Birthday Ino! I hope you feel better soon.. That Jimin jerk is always causing trouble!" She said, and smiled kindly.
I smiled back and thanked her. She happily walked back to her friends and I suddenly felt suffocated. Everyone's eyes were on me. Staff passing, younger kids, older kids, classmates, friends, strangers, everyone. I knew I looked awful and got really self conscious.
I rounded the corner and went outside. I marched behind the building, to the abandoned part of the school where no one would be. I used to be afraid of it but not now. I entered the building, and dodged the broken glass on the ground. I opened a random door and went in.
I collapsed on a left chair, and cried. First my mom not being there, and now this! This is possibly the worst birthday I've ever had in 15 years! Well, 16 now I guess.. I suddenly stopped when I heard someone yell. "Who's there?! Help!" I heard. "Shut up already! No one's here it's your imagination!" I heard someone else yell.
I heard a loud crash and immediately jumped to my feet. Someone was in danger and I needed to help. I'm already injured, so what's the harm? I didn't bother wiping away my tears, and ran from the classroom. I crunched on glass, as I heard a boy's crying. I skidded to a stop, seeing a shadow down the hall.
I slowly peeked around the corner, and hated what I seen instantly. Jimin standing over a guy who was curled in the corner bleeding. I recognized him as a guy from my class. His name was Juna. He looked so sad.
I stepped around the corner, and Jimin didn't notice me. Juna smiled, and reached his hand out trying to run. Jimin quickly kicked him in to the wall and Juna yelled in pain. "Stupid pest.." Jimin said lowly. He raised his fist, ready to punch Juna in the head.
I ran to them, and as Jimin swung his fist down, I grabbed his arm and pulled back as hard as I could, while screaming, "NO!" at him. I saw happiness flash in Juna's eyes, as me and Jimin fell back. I hit the wall, but Jimin fell on the glass covered ground. I instantly ran and helped Juna up, and he ran away.
Out of breath and energy, I stayed in place. "What is wrong with you?!" Jimin suddenly yelled. He grabbed my arm, and slammed me against the wall, pinning me to the wall. I kept a straight and blank face, even though I was scared. "I couldn't let you hurt him! He didn't do anything to you!" I yelled back just as loud.
I felt his grip tighten and winced a bit. "You're always in the way!" He said. "Yeah like when I almost bled to death earlier because of you! That was fun!" I said and smiled sarcastically. He got angry, and moved back, walking away from me. "You deserved it.. That guy didn't own up to his promise!" He said.
Confused, I tilted my head and pushed off the wall. "He didn't do my homework." He told me. "I'll do it!" I offered, immediately regretting it. But I couldn't let him hurt Juna and I had to do something to help. He smirked at me, sending chills up my spine.
"Fine. But forget to do it, and you'll end up like Juna.." He said smiling, and walked away from me. What have I done?
