I parked in the lot and luna unwrapped her arms from around me. She got up and looked down at her feet. I removed my jacket and wrapped it around her. She looked up at me with tears running down her face. I quickly wrapped my arms around her body. I hugged her tightly while running my hand up and down her back.
I bended down and put my arm around from the back of her knees and carried her up into my arms. She put the jacket over herself so i couldn't even see her face. I carried her to the elevator and pressed the button. I heard her sniffle and to be honest i couldn't help but feel its because of me.
The doors opened and i got in pressing the third floor button. I rested my back on to the wall and looked down at her. I looked at her fish nets all the way to her heels. This wasn't her even if i only knew her for a short period of time. I just knew this just isn't her when i saw her in the alleyway behind the bar. Oh that explains why she was behind a bar late at night.
The elevator dinged and the doors opened. I stepped out and walked down to my apartment. I struggled a bit but managed to open the door with my keys. I opened the door and saw ethan sleeping on the couch. I closed the door with my foot and walked back up. I layed her down on the bed and stepped outside to the balcony and closed the door behind me. I just needed fresh air and time to think.
I smiled and started thinking when luna was out here for the first time. She's something else. I thought i was going to lose her just like i thought today for sure. I actually ment everything i said to her i can see us having a future together. I walked back in opening the sliding door. I saw her under the sheets. I saw my jacket at the end of the bed. I walked over to it and picked out my cigarette and my lighter. I walked towards outside again but got stopped by her saying something that made me look back at her.
She was mumbling "mummy mom " she was having a bad dream i think because she was having rapid eye movement and there was tears streaming down her face.
Luna's pov
I was crying. My mommy and daddy were yelling at each other in the living room. I walked down the stairs and daddy pushed my mommy hard on to the ground she justlayed there while my daddy was yelling at her. "Stupid fucking bitch i tould you to go buy more beer!!!" mommy was crying and telling him to stop.
I ran downstairs and fell on my knees next to her. She looked up at me. "Mommy mommy whats wrong?" she sat up. "It's ok baby go to sleep you'll be fine " she cupped my face and wiped my tears. "I thought i told you TO GO TO SLEEP" daddy yelled at me and stomped towards me. He grabbed my hair and pulled me by my hair up the stairs. "NO DON'T TOUCH HER!!"my mommy yelled. "MOMMMY MOMMY OOWW MOMMYYYY!!!!" "LUNA BABY " i kept crying she got up and followeme and daddy upstairs. "LUNA BABY WAKE UP BABY WAKE UP IT'LL ALL GO AWAY" i squeezed my eyes shut and cried.
I woke up to see grayson over me"LUNA wake upp!!" he started shaking my shoulders. I sat up. He sighed in relief. My face was wet with tears. I looked around and i was breathing loud. I haven't had a dream like that in a long time. "What's wrong is evrything fine?" i noticed ethan was here too.
I wiped my face. " yeah yeah im sorry eth pls go back to bed im really sorry"
"No no its all good. Goodnight guy's" he walked downstairs.
I looked at grayson. "You alright?" he asked. I nodded my head and got up and went to the bathroom. I closed the door and washed my face. I removed all my make up. I removed my dress and the fish nets. I grabbed my clothes and walked out . i dropped them in a hamper and put on a night gown.
I saw grayson looking at me and he was sitting on the side of the bed. I walked past him and walked out onto the balcony. I heard him behind me. I sat up on the edge of the ledge. He stood infront of me. "Look im really sorry grayson for everything and umm i know what you're probably thinking but trust me im not just some slut who dances on poles and shit"
"I know, and i would never think that of you" he said. We rested our foreheads on each others. "Luna im really sorry for yelling at you and here's the thing I've never felt this way with somebody else" his eyes were looking down. At my swinging feet. " i can say the same thing too"
"And i never want you to think or put your self in a postion so low if you need something you come to me not a man who pays in return for your misery do you understand me luna anderson?" i can tell he meant everyword that flowed out of his mouth like poetry.
"Yes " i hugged him. He wrapped his arms around me. I ran my fingers through his hair. I pulled away and looked into his eyes. He looked back into mines. I looked down at his lips then back to his eyes. I leaned in and he did too meeting me half way. I closed my eyes and Our lips molded together and moved in harmony. This was different from any other kiss I've ever had. This one contained love and passion.
We both pulled away slowly. I opened my eyes again. " you want to tell me what happened in your dream"he said in a whisper. I nodded my head no. "Not right now but maybe later" i said softly. He nodded his head. " im tired lets just go to bed" i said. He backed up a little for me to get off.
I got off and walked back inside with him. I layed back down on my side with him spooning me. I smiled and closed my eyes. He kissed my cheek and said"goodnight luna i love you" my heart skipped a little and replied to him"Good night gray i love you too" . he kissed me one more time and we shifted a little getting comfortable with each other
