Chapter 12: Trust Issues

Your POV

You got out of the shower after getting dressed of course. When you left the bathroom you walked out and saw Frisk sitting next to the door waiting for you. You know you forgave Frisk but you trust had been shattered. You loved her, you really did, but when she pulled that stunt, your trust for her was broken. It might take more time to return.

Sans would not let me leave his room at all which made you wonder why he was so worried even more. Frisk was upset by that so she asked if she could sleep with me but Sans said no. That both upset you and made you relived.

Falling asleep was pretty difficult because of the change of environment and atmosphere. Also no Frisk by your side. But you went with it. Papyrus noticed your struggle and uneasiness so he offered you to sleep in his bed and he sleep where you are. But, you thanked him and declined. You were up all night thinking about what had happened today, and what will happen in the future.

~next morning~

You wake up. You look at the clock. 9:44. You realize your late for school and start to panic. You got up and went to the door in a hurry but Sans blocked your way.

"Nope" Sans said.

"Wha- why!" You asked him.

"Well, it appears that you are in crucial danger, I have to protect you and this is the only way of doing so at the moment until my friend arrives." He said. "Also this place is crap now."

"What do you mean by that?" You asked.

"We are back at war with the humans." Sans asked. You gasped in surprise.

"Wait a Friend?" You asked confused.

"Yeah friend." He said.

"What friend" you asked

"Oh, just a friend."

"Who is this friend"

"A friend"

"You know I give up" you said and walked to the mattress sans gave you to sleep on. Sans gave you eggs, pancakes and some bacon that Toriel made before leaving this morning, still Fresh. You are your breakfast and we're extremely bored.

~2 hours earlier~ Asgore POV

Frisk and I are sitting at the netting table, this group called the AMD (anti monster department) have been giving us a hard time trying to find peace with humans. They constantly give evidence from our past that we are willing to put behind and trying to start fights with us.

The president of the U.S. is meeting us today for peace with the U.S.A. We already have peace with China, Europe and Africa no matter now much the AMD was against it. That's when the meeting began. The president entered the room. He seemed... off... I have seen him before and his first actions are nothing like I've seen him do before.

He walked in and went to a stand and microphone and started to speak.

"Today is a day that will go down in history." He started. "We will finally make pea- we declare war on monster kind!"

Frisk and I gave each other a nervous and scared look as the president left the room barely walking. Everyone was arguing against war. Everyone wanted peace. But it was too late. We are back at war.
