"You're kidding me! That happened?"
I told Jess, my best friend. She was as surprised and scared as I was. I told her the details of it.
"Yeah, it happened. He went to my house and all."
"Wow."
The bell rang.
As my voice trembled, I said, "Jess, I'll talk to you after trig, ok?"
"Okay. Just, be careful."
She patted me on the back.
I gave her a toothless smile, and walked away. Once I had told her, I felt better, but I was really thinking about it at the same time.
'Was this guy gonna kill me??'
'How the heckaroo do I know him?'
'How the heckaroo does he know me?
'What's his name, and how does he know mine?'
I had to stop thinking too hard about this, like really. It was probably just a prank that went a bit too far.
