Taylor's POV
I stepped offstage, being greeted by my mom, Selena, and my hair and makeup crew. My mom and Selena gave me a huge hug, and my crew took some of my makeup off, and put more on, getting me ready for Club Red.
"You did so good, honey!" My mom said, and gave me another hug.
"Thanks mom. And thanks for coming, Sel." I said, hugging them both.
"Tay!" I heard a scream, and a small blond blur was visible, running towards me. I reached down and picked up Teagan, my little sister. No one knew about her, other than my close friends and family. She lived with me, and went on tour with me. After my dad died, (shortly after Teagan was born) my mom became, well, not very stable. She's way better now, thanks to intensive treatment, but she agreed that I should have custody of Teagan.
Teagan smiled, and hugged my neck tightly. At the age of six, she was actually very mature. Her thin, wispy, blond hair reached her middle back, and she had stunning blue eyes. She was wearing her favorite dress, the bright red one with white polka dots, and a white tutu. She wore white tights under, and red Wizard-Of-Oz-like sparkly flats.
"What's up, Teag?" I asked, ruffling her hair.
"Nothing much, Tay." She giggled, and ran towards my dressing room, and in. She scooped up Mere, who stared at me as if she was criticizing me for leaving her to do my show.
"I'm sorry, Merebear." I said, stroking her head. I found a gold shimmery dress hanging up for me. My makeup and hair was done, so I hugged Teag, before shooing her so I could get changed. Once I was changed, I put on some black flats and a skinny black belt. My hair was tied back in a short pony (thanks to the new haircut) with a black bow.
I twirled in the mirror, and smiled before heading out towards the Club Red area. Selena was playing with Teagan in Teagan's dressing room, I'd seen them while I was walking out.
The fans screamed, dozens of girls with cameras and iPhones recording me. After listening to one girl sing, taking dozens of pictures and giving hugs, I was finally to the last person. I recognized Liam, my best friend. I squealed, and gave him a hug.
"Ohmigod I missed you so much, Li! Did you see the whole show?!" I asked him, talking very fast.
"I missed you too, Tay. And yes, you were fabulous, by the way! I can't wait for you and Teag to see us!" He answered, referring to One Direction, the band he's in.
"Liam, you know we want to see you guys play, especially Teag, but I don't know how we're going to do it."
"What do you mean? You're on break from the tour, right?"
"Yes, we are, but, Li. The paparazzi will be everywhere, especially after the whole Harry and me thing. If they catch wind that I'm coming, they're going to follow me. If they follow me, they see Teagan. You've seen what fame has done to me. I don't want it to happen to Te." I said, almost breaking down.
"Taylor, I- I'm sorry, I shouldn't push you like this. I'll see if I can get one of my mates to go with you and then they can have Teag. She'll still sit next to you-" I started crying, sobs escaping my chest, "Whoa, whoa, Tay, are you okay?" Liam asked, wrapping me in a hug.
"I-I'm fine. It's just that... Do you see what I have to do just to go to one of your concerts with Teagan? She has to pretend someone else is her mother, just so she doesn't get noticed. I-I hate all of this, Li. I'm done with this." I bawled.
"Hey, hey. It's okay, it'll all be okay, Taylor. Just take a deep breath. You are gorgeous, and beautiful, and talented, and no matter what the press or anyone else says, you're amazing and perfect. We all love you, Tay. Not just me; Teagan, and your mom, and Selena, and so many other people. It'll work out. And if you decide to show Teag to the public, I know it will be the right time, and the right idea. I trust you Tay, and so does everyone. It'll be okay." He said, wrapping me in the biggest hug.
