"I really am like my brother." He whispers and lets go of me. "No, Zane. I didn't mean it." I said and he just shook his head. "I'll sleep else where." He said leaving my room. "Arrow what have you done!" Alec screams at Arrow who had his whole body tucked together. "Alec can you bring me back Zane?" I asked her and she nodded and walked away. "Arrow." I called out his name but he didn't turn. "Arrow." I called once more only to get a puff of smoke at me. "Geo!" I yelled out and she came flying into my room. "Good dragon." I said petting her head. I look up to see Zane dangling at the window. I grab his hands and thank Alec. I close the window and pull Zane to the bed with me. "Your sleeping with me." I said and pushed him on the bed. I get in after him and snuggle against him. "I love you." He said wrapping his arms around me. "I love you more." I said afterwards and drifted off to sleep.
When I wake up Zane was inches from mine. I smile at him and kiss him on the lips. When I turn around I see someone else on the bed. "Arrow!" I yell and he jumps and falls off the bed. Zane groans so I cover my mouth. "Why are you here!?" I whisper yell at him. "I got cold so I..... Came to snuggle with you." He said and I glared at him. "Don't take me from my Zaney." I growled at him. Zane wraps his arms around me making me blush and pulls me really close. "Awww." I say and hold his hands. Arrow climbs back on the bed and snuggles against me only to get pushed off by Zane. I laugh and Zane groans again. "Wake up baby." I say and he gets on top of me and kisses me. "She's mine." Arrow growls and I glare at him. "Zane is mine." I wrap my arms around his neck and cuddle with him. "No!" Arrow gets grabbed by a tail and is taken outside. "Rose!" He yells and I smile seeing Alec. "Stop annoying them Arrow." She growls at the little human. "No! I want snuggle time with Rose! She's my rider!" He yells in disapproval.
"I want to hug him." I say and Alec places him in front of me. "You're adorable when you get mad." I say making him blow smoke out. "Can I get a hug now?" He asked and I nodded. He stood up and hugged me tight. "Too Tight!" I said and he let go. "My bad." He grabbed me a little less tighter and I smiled. "My dragon is a little winey baby." I said and felt him get hotter. "And a hot head." I said breaking away from him. "When will the war begin?" He asked and I tilt my head. "Tomorow I guess." I said rubbing my chin. "We'll head out at dawn." I said and quickly get up. I grab Aris my sword and head to my father. He had four huge saddles hung up and was asleep at his work table. I walked over and grabbed onw of the saddles and headed out. Zane, Oscar, and Leafena came in and grabbed one to. "Arrow?" I asked and he came flying in. When he landed I put the saddle on and strapped it together. "There." I said and he looked at himself. "Thank you." He said and I nodded and hugged his tail. "I really hope for the best." I say and he lowers his head. "And you will get the best out of it." I smile up at him and climb the saddle. I sit down and Arrow takes off. I grabbed the lasses around this mouth leading all the way to the back of his head and grabbed them tight. I leaned my body to the left and he quickly went to the left. "Yes!" I yelled out. I pulled tightly and he started to free fall again till I tugged at the lasses. He flew back in the air. He roared and I heard even more roaring from behind and see everyone following me.
