The Dance

Kristian's POV:

As the week went by, I made more and more friends, more guys hit on me, and the Nash got mad. What does this mean? Is he just being protective? Does he have feelings for me? I don't know but I'm going to the dance with Billy tomorrow. Just as friends, I love Nash. Billy is just my friend.

Nash's POV:

Ok so the first day of school one of my friends named Billy starts flirting with Kristian. The girl I love. I don't blame him. She's everything any guy would want. Or at least for me. But I guess I deserve it since I didn't have the courage to ask her first. I love Kristian. But she likes Billy, and Billy likes her. At least I think she likes Billy. I guess I have to either not go or find someone to go with. But there isn't anyone else I wanna go with! I don't know what to do! I guess I'll ask someone who I know will say yes.

As the week went by more and more of MY friends hit on Kristian. I had to tell some of them to back off. But Kristian doesn't know that. Im starting to get jealous. But if I see her and Billy kiss, I don't know what I'm going to do. She got more and more popular. ITS ONLY THE FIRST WEEK! And she's almost the most popular girl in my grade! Anyways it's Friday night and Hayes is at his friends house. I'm actually about to leave to go to Kristian's. She wants me to help her decide a dress to wear. If I could I would choose the ugliest dress she has. So Billy doesn't get any ideas. But she can make even the ugliest dresses look good. She looks good in anything.

I walk across the street, in her house and see her in the kitchen. She's wearing skinny jeans and a blue tank top. Her hair is in a messy bun. "Oh hey!" She sets down her cup, runs to me and grabs my hand, she drags me upstairs in her room and tells me to sit down on the bed and wait.

Next thing I know she comes out in a

Dress that ends right above he knees. It was spaghetti strapped, it was a plain dark grey fabric on too and once it hit her waist, it turned a light grey and all sparkly. "You look great In that!" I told her. She really did. She looked beautiful. "Thanks!" She said looking at herself in the mirror turning around to see. She goes back in her bathroom and comes out to find her wearing a black and white dress. While sparkles on her torso, and at her belly button there is a black ribbon tied in a bow, below that is pretty black fabric that runs down her legs and stops a little before it hits the ground. She looks stunning.

"Well? What do you think?" She said smiling. I didn't know what to say, "You.... You look beautiful!" I said loudly. She started smiling and jumping a little. "You like it?" "I love it!" I said smiling. But behind that smile I was worried. Billy better not have any ideas. She goes and gets dressed in some shorts and a t-shirt, and goes sits by me on the bed.

"Kristian, I am always going to be will you no matter what. Okay?" I told her. She nodded and hugged me. We both layed down and watched t.v. Everything felt right. I have the girl I love laying on my chest asleep. And we were both happy. I felt my eyelids getting heavy. Before I knew it, I was in a nightmare.......

(Nash's Nightmare.)

"KRISTIAN!!!" I yelled. I was terrified. I was in the middle of the woods. Pitch black. I heard Kristian scream. Then I heard Skylynn scream. Then Hayes. Then my mom and step dad. Will screamed. My dad and Nila screamed. Everyone I love is screaming. I can't see anything but dark trees. They kept screaming. They kept screaming, "NASH HELP ME!" I started running. Running towards the screaming. But it was coming from all around. I was yelling back,"KRISTIAN!! SKYLYNN!! HAYES!! WHERE ARE YALL!" I couldn't help but go in tears. It sounded like someone was hurting all of them. I kept running, running, and running. Until my chest hurt, my legs felt like noodles until I was so dehydrated. Trying to find the direction the screams were coming from. They were all around me. No light. Dark. Gloomy. I dropped down to my knees to pray, pray to Jesus that he will let me find them, have the strength to Guide me through these dark woods, help me Jesus! I prayed. I was still crying. Crying because everyone I love is hurting, and because I'm terrified. Then I heard, "NASH!" Kristian and Skylynn screamed. I whipped my head around to find them. Kristian was holding her. I ran to her, Kristian said, "why didn't you help us?!?" She was crying. They both were. "I tried!" I told her and went for a hug, but I went through her. Like she was a ghost. Now Will, Hayes, my Mom and dad, Nila and step dad are all around me. They were all like a ghost. Kristian looked at me and cried, "we are gone Nash..you were to late!" They all vanished. I dropped down to my knees and woke up.
