Brooke stood in the office, as her mother had called her to see her. Brooke got bored and started to dig around Rachel's drawers. She opened the bottom drawer and frowned as she spotted her diary that she had lost a few weeks ago. Brooke was confused to see her mother had it and pulled it out where it slid open to a page Rachel had been reading. The page about how she and max had first had sex "shit" Brooke siad knowing her mother knew. Brooke frowned as she noticed court papers in her drawers, Brooke was confused of why her father had them. Brooke pulled them to see 'prosecution again max tyler'  Brooke felt her blood boil as she realized Rachel had set max up, she was the reason he was in prison.

The door to the office opened and Rachel walked in "Brooke, whats going on" Rachel asked and Brooke glared at her "you bitch" Brooke said and Rachel frowned "excuse me" "you absolute bitch, your the reason he is on jail max Tyler, you lied to the police, you but him in there" brooke said "I had to....I had to keep him away from you" Rachel said and Brooke rolled her eyes "no, this has nothing to do with me and you know it...this is to do with your hate of him. You really are a bitch. What about mille, huh, she has no one and your responsible for that, her dad is In jail for something that you did, she needs max. He is her dad" Brooke yelled "no, she doesnt Millie is better off without him" Rachel said and Brooke glared at her "that's Millie's choice to make, not yours" Brooke yell "max Tyler is a poisonous man, and Millie is better off" "Millie has gone through so much the last few month and its all because to you, you bitch" "I'm not changing my statement" Rachel said as Brooke walked over to her and slapped her "I hate you" Brooke said as she walked out to find Millie, she needed to tell Millie the truth hoping mike wouldn't hate her.

Brooke walked into the common room to see Millie sitting texting on her phone. Brooke signed and sat next to her "hey you okay" Millie asked as Brooke bite her lip. "I need to tell you something" Brooke said and Millie frowned "what is it" "my mum is the reason your dad is in prison" Brooke said and Millie looked to her "what" "my mum lied to the police and lied to him, she's the reason he's on jail" Brooke said as millie starred into space "mil, say something" Brooke said "I'm going go kill her" Millie said standing up. Brooke stood up after her "milke stop" Brooke called "no, I have no parents because of her, he didn't do anything I did" Millie yelled in the hall. Tom stood up from the desk and walked out to the sound of Millie's yelling

"Millie?" Tom said and Millie and brooke looking to him "come here" tom Said grabbing her arm and pulling her into the classroom. Tom closed the door and stood in front of it "let me out tom, I'm going to kill that bitch" "Brooke?" "No Rachel mason, hses the reason he is in jail, she lied to the police tom" Millie said and tom sighed as he walked over to her and placed a hand on her cheek "I'm here....we'll get him out" tom said as Millie looked to him before Tom brushed his lips against hers. He pushed her up agsisnt his desk and stood between her legs as Millie undid his belt pulling out his hardened member.
