After the meeting and walking around set looking at everything, Jasmine and I walked back to the parking lot to our cars.
"Oh! I forgot to mention that I am going to the Cosmo party tomorrow" I said unlocking my car and Jasmine stops to look at me.
"What?" she said.
"What?" I said looking at her confused.
"Who told you about the Cosmo party?" she asked.
"Tana and Nessa. Why?" I asked.
"I didn't know you would want to go... like this so soon"
"Jasmine... I'm trying to get back to the swing of things. It would help a lot if you could believe in me a little more"
"I do Mel"
"Good! I'll call you later" I said getting into my car. Listen... I know I did try to kill myself awhile back but it's annoying they are acting like I can't be around people and actually carry on a conversation. Braeden came by and brought me food.
"How was it?" he asked eating his last fry.
"It was nice. Madison and I are actually getting a long" I said and he smiles.
"That's good"
"And Braeden, if you want. Just go ahead and date her. Like... I hated her for the wrong reasons and she's actually a really nice person"
"Thanks mom for giving me permission to date someone" Braeden joked and I roll my eyes. "It's fine. I think we're better as friends. I won't be here that long anyway"
"What does that mean?" I asked.
"That Ohio is home Mel" he says and I stare at him. "This was a fun vacation, but I need to head back"
"And Madison?"
"What about her?"
"She likes you Brae, and you like her"
"Melanie... I think we both will be fine without each other" he smiles. I stare at him and shake my head.
The following morning, the girls came over and we all got ready at my house for the Cosmo magazine party. It started at 1pm and of course we were running late.
"I feel so bloated" Tana said looking at herself in the mirror.
"Tana... shut up. I'm the only one who should feel bloated" Andrea said and we all started to laugh.
"You're getting so huge" Nessa said kissing Andrea stomach.
"I know and I'm so ready for the baby to be here" Andrea said.
"I'm angry because you guys are waiting for the gender" I said and the girls laughed.
"It was Kian's idea" Andrea said and we smiled.
"Alright... let's head out before all the food is gone" Nessa says. I grab my purse and phone and we all went downstairs and a black truck was waiting for us outside. When we arrive to the Cosmo party it was pretty packed and everyone was walking around and taking pictures.
