"Ma'am breath, I need you to breath." I was breathing the entire time, if she tells me to breath one more time, imma fucking slit her fucking throat. "I'm fucking breathing bitch! Stop telling me to breath you whore, just get these fucking babies out of me! Where's J?!" I saw the doctor walk in the room and looked under the thin sheet that was covering me. "Okay, you're getting close but it's not time to push." I sighed in frustration as the doctor stuck another needle in my arm, this time this one made some of the pain stop.

  Joker POV

"Finally done!" I shouted in excitement. The room was finally finished.

I decided to go with grey since Rebecca doesn't like pink or any other color

I decided to go with grey since Rebecca doesn't like pink or any other color. I checked the time. "Shit , I lost track of time. " I ran out of the cafeteria looking for E3. When I got to the room I rushed in. "Hey ,hey sir." One doctor said stopping me before I can get in the door. I immediately pulled out my gun. Rebecca looked at me in a disappointment. "I'm so sorry Doc but that just an instinct of his, he isn't going to shoot you, right." Rebecca said with a pissed off look.

I put my gun back up and gave Rebecca a very stern look. She looked back at me but with a much nastier look. It wasn't for long though when Rebecca felt a pain in her stomach. "Oww, I think this...fucking baby is coming out." She said squirming around in the hospital bed. "Alright ma'am now when I say push, you push as hard as you can." Rebecca nodded. I stood in front of her head and held both of her hands.

The rest of the doctors crowed around her. "Okay ma'am 1,2,3, push." Rebecca clenched my hands and pushed as hard as she could. I heard a baby crying. "Alright ma'am you can stop now." She let go of both of my hands. "Was that the head." I said as I looked over the sheet. "Yes sir and that means that the hard part is done." "J, is the baby healthy." Rebecca said looking me. "I don't know for sure yet."

Rebecca POV

"Okay ma'am another push. One..two..three push." I pushed as hard as I could. I could hear the baby crying some more. "One last push. One..two.." without him even finishing I pushed the baby out. Nothing but crying filled the room and my heavy breathing. "Its a girl." the nurse said to me. "You wanna cut the umbilical cord?" I asked J. He nodded and cut the cord. The nurse took the baby and went to clean her.

"Okay, the other baby is almost ready to come out but-" once again he didn't finish when I started pushing. I took a break and a few deep breaths when I felt J take my hand again. "J I fucking hate you for doing this to me! I'm never having another child again!" I shouted when I felt the head of the baby slide out. I pushed again feeling more of the baby sliding out, crying started to fill the room. "One last push baby, just one more then we'll be at home with  our little monsters."

J tried to comfort me but that shit wasn't working right now. I pushed one more time, feeling the baby slide all the way out. I sighed and rested my muscles. "Its a boy." the nurse said as one brought me my baby girl. J cut the umbilical cord then going to clean my baby boy. I held my precious baby in my arms as she slept peacefully. The other nurse brought my baby boy to me and handed him to me. I looked up at J and saw him smile.

"What did you name them?" "For the boy, I like Jacob. You name the girl." I looked down at her. I saw a smile stretch across her face. "I like Rose." he smiled at me and took Rose and held her. "When will she be able to come home?" J asked the doctor. "Maybe three or four days of a few tests then she and the babies will be able to come home." he nodded and handed and smiled as Rose held his finger.

I forgot to mention this last chapter but KittieKat266 helped me again.
