Shining brightly in the night sky,
twinkling stars dot the darkness.
Never lonely until they die,
how can we compete with that?
Falling slowly, but in thousands,
raindrops descend from the thick clouds.
Never lonely until their end,
how can we compete with that?
Burning blazingly in a flash,
fire takes everything with it.
Never lonely until it's ash,
how can we compete with that?
