One day, Cherrybelly was in a hunting patrol, along with Amberlight and two other warriors. She thinks back about CloudClan, the rogue 'Clan' that came to SkyClan's territory a few days ago.

While she was deep in thought, she did not notice a cherry branch in front of her, and accidentally scraped her paw on it. Amberlight helped Cherrybelly remove the splinters, commenting that she did not see the branch as well, and asking the other two cats to go on ahead without them.

A single raindrop fell onto Cherrybelly's bloodied paw, making her look up. She noticed a cloud in particular, as it was greyer than any other cloud, and so distorted, it hurt to look at it.

Cherrybelly and Amberlight exchanged glances with each other, realising sparking in their eyes. They had to drive CloudClan out.
