Waking up in the morning is one of the hardest things I do everyday. Some others would be going to school, doing homework and existing in general. But I'm always reminded that others have it worse.
"Morgan! Get out of your room and eat your breakfast before the dog gets it!" My mother always got angry at me in the mornings; I'm very difficult to deal with when I'm tired.
"Coming!!" I hauled my body out of the messy sea of blankets and tried to open my eyes enough to see my way the the kitchen.
"Morning Gandhi," my older brother Ian loved to tease me with that name, he knew I hated it, "how did you sleep?"
"Well, I closed my eyes and imagined that I actually didn't have anything to worry about." I responded with a glare.
"Now Morgan, no need for all that sarcasm." My mother always encouraged my best, ladylike self (which is probably nonexistent).
"Fine." I sat down on a wobbly chair to eat my toast and bacon.
"Has dad taken Mari to nursery?" Despite Ian's constant careless attitude, he always wanted to know where everyone was.
"Yeah, he left about five minutes before you woke up." Mom replied with an effortless smile. There was a loud beeping from my watch.
"Ten minutes until I have to leave for school!!" I shoved the rest of my food down my throat and ran to my room to change. Quickly, I found my uniform and threw it on. I hurried into the hallway and grabbed my backpack before emerging into the pale light outside. The bus was there seconds after I had gotten to the stop, so I hopped on. The bus was empty. That was the first thing I noticed. Normally it is completely full, but I didn't suspect anything. Until I noticed-
   There was no driver.
