Levi x Eren ~ Love in the Cafe

I fell in love ...

Eren looked in Levis direction, hands sweating, worried of Levis reaction to seeing him again. His heart was beating like mad, he looked around the room to see his friends smiling with their partners so he took a deep breathe and headed towards Levi, who was leaning on the wall, looking out at the crowd. Walking towards him, Erens legs started to shake and he felt sick. He noticed Levi look his way, so instead of walking up and saying hi he ran out the room, lucky the door was on the other side of the room. He ran, as fast as he can, hoping  Levi or his friends noticed him. He ran down the hall and around the corner to one of the benches, sitting down he rubbed his hands against his face and took a couple of Deep breathes, not noticing the shoes dancing against the pathway towards him.

When Levi noticed Eren in the classroom, for the first time in a long time he felt his heart race, But when Eren ran in the opposite direction towards the door he moved from his spot and followed him out the door and walked after him. Levi walked down the hall, following the loud panting coming from round the corner, He didn't know what to say when he got their or what he would see but he knew he did the right thing following him. Levi looks around the corner to see Eren pressed up against the wall, hands covering his eyes and he was breathing like he had no air left in his lungs. Levi was shocked at first but then retained his blank expression and sat down next to him, stretching out one of his arms so it went behind the other boy which made him flinch and Levi noticed the strange behavior and crossed his legs.

 He noticed the boys breathing calmed down so he spoke in his monotone voice "Hey, you okay, you looked like you were about to faint". Eren removed his arm from across his face while he said "Yeah, erm ... I got a bit claustrophobic"  Eren was now looking at Levi who seemed to be far too relaxed about the situation. Levi turned his head so he was now looking at Eren and said "So, I guess i'm your tutor now. Just letting you know now I wont put up with any shit" Eren swallowed loudly but continued to look over Levis body, looking at the outline of him, Physically being able to see every muscle on is body. But most of all, he got lost when ever he looked into Levis beauty of a mix eyes. Eren suddenly shot back into reality and said "Erm, yeah okay" and brought out some paper and a pen from his pocket and wrote on it passing to Levi, Trying ignore their hands pressing into each other. Levi looked at the paper to see a phone number with the words Eren next to them. He stood up and said "I'll meet you at your shop after school to revise. You better be there Eren"  Eren could physically feel his body melt when Levi said his name, which also caused him to go a light shade of pink, Hoping Levi didn't noticed, but he did. Levi walked back to the classroom, smiling a little knowing Eren couldn't see his face.

Eren waited for the bell to ring, not wanting to go back in the classroom out of embarrassment, he ran up to his friend Armin and explained everything. A little later on Armin asked "That's why you suddenly left the room"  Armin looked at his friend, still thinking he is hiding something so he continued "What aren't you telling me about Levi" Eren suddenly got flustered again and said quietly after a long pause "I think I like him Armin" Armin was confused at first but then relied what he meant and said "Well lucky for you, you will have to see him every day" Causing Eren to punch him and they both laughed it off.

Later in the cafe

Eren was working away in the cafe like he always seems to be doing. He just got back behind the counter and it was close to the end of his shift when a reconcilable voice was heard saying "Tea with two sugars Eren" Erens head shot up from his notes to see Levi looking into his eyes, he was frozen for what felt like a long time before smiling and saying "Levi, My shift finishes after this so we can revise"  Levi spoke back "Okay, Don't be to long "  And went and sat down in one of the booths , not noticing Eren watching his ares as he walked. Eren walked over to him handing the cup of tea and said "There we go, Do you want to go to my room to revise, it's just upstairs?" Levi looked at his big smile and said "Sure". They both walked up the stairs to a flat belonging to Erens family, They went into Erens room which had : A double bed, a desk, double bookshelves, 30 inch Tv and a console with a couple of games next to it. Levi walked in and said "Nice room" Eren smiled and followed him in closing the door behind them.

20 minutes of them sitting on the bed and trying to revise Levi suddenly said "Your grades are okay, But your such a brat when it comes to English, I mean you speak the subject so how can you only have a C in it, Idiot" Eren had a straight face on but he was dieing to laugh at how cute Levi was when his ranting almost caused him to fall off the bed. Eren finally spoke "Okay, lets take a break" Levi nodded in agreement and laid back on the bed with Eren. It was quite for s bit but suddenly Eren spoke up "Whats your full name?" Levi was confused and asked "Why do you want to know", Eren laughed a bit but continued to say "I want to know more about this stranger i let in my house" Levi nodded but said "Don't try and be smart with me ... Levi Ackerman" Eren smiled and said "Eren Jaeger" This went on for a long time, questions from fravourite colours to best movies. By the end of it, they both noticed how much in common they are and how much fun it was to hang out with each other was.

 It was Levis tern to ask a question when he asked "Why did you live with your anti?" Eren suddenly sat up, no longer smiling and looking to the quilt, holding his hands in tight fists. Levi noticed this but didn't want to say anything that could upset him so he waited until Eren said "My mam, she was a lovely woman but she died from an illness when i was younger, Maybe 5..6." Then their was a long pause, Levi noticed Erens shaken breathes and watered eyes when he spoke again "My Farther, Grisha, He's still here, I mean ... He lives here but i hardly see him but when  I do ... "Levi noticed his hands tighten more and looked back up to Erens broken smile when he said "It doesn't matter, What about you?" Levi knocked his knee against Erens and said monotone like always "My Dad died in the war and my Mam looked after me till I was 17 when she died of old age" Eren looked up to Levi with a smile but still teary eyes and said "I'm sorry for you. How old are you? I'm 17"  Levi noticed the sadness in his eyes and said "19, are you okay?" Eren quickly rubbed his eyes and said "I'm going to the bathroom, two minutes" and Levi watched him leave the room. Levi thought to himself "Poor lad, I actually feel sorry for him after everything hes been threw"  Then it hit Levi "Shit i actually care for him".

Levi noticed how long Eren was taking so he decided to go look for him. It was hard for him since it was his first time in this flat but lucky it wasn't that big. He found himself outside the bathroom door, Being able to hear the loud breathing coming from inside the room. Instead of knocking on the door or saying anything, Levi decided to look through the key whole to be shocked and worried at the same time. He could see Eren crying quietly, holding his top up, looking and the cuts and bruises that covered his body. Levi didn't know what to do, so he ran back to the bedroom and sat on the bed, letting the image sink into his mind. Eren walked back into the room and said "Sorry i took so long, My anti insisted that you stay round tonight since its already 10pm" Levi looked at the puffy redness around his eyes and and nodded and noticed Eren smile brighter than he had that entire day.
