Levi x Eren ~ Love in the Cafe

You were always there for me ...

Eren walked into the room in a long sleeved top that went to his knees and boxers while, Levi not being prepared to sleep over had his shirt on but buttoned down a couple of buttons and his trousers on. Levi watched as Eren flattered out the quilt on the double bed and shared out the pillows on both sides, But he noticed how Eren wouldn't stretch his arm out completely or twist his body around the full length and strangle, This made him sad but more angry  than he thought it would. Eren finished with the bed and smiled "Here, you can sleep on this side, Sorry if I kick you or something", Levi looked at him and muttered his thanks and crawled into the bed with Eren. He laid there for a bit before stretching his legs and kicking Eren in his lower chest causing him to let out a small sound of pain. Levis eyes shot open and he said monotone "You okay?", Eren tried to make his voice sound as normal as he could and said the one word "Yep" Causing Levis frustration to overflow. 

Suddenly Levi sat up causing Eren to as well. Levi looked at Erens top and said "Stop lying to  me!" Erens heart started to be much faster than normal and managed to mutter out "Wh-what do you mean?", Levi took a deep breathe and said "I know your in pain". Eren was a tad confused and said "It was a light Kick it didn't hurt really" trying to comfort him but Levi snapped "I saw them" and in a flash undone all the buttons on his shirt "Tell me who did this!". Eren was paralyzed but he didn't know if it was embarrassment from him finding out about his bruises or if it was Levis warm hands pressing gently into his skin, It was heavenly.He could feel the tears in his eyes start to build up but he pushed them back until Levi said deeply "Who hurt you Eren" looking at him straight in his eye, Eren tried not to become overpowered so he tried to look away but Levi grabbed his jaw and made him look at his beauty. "Who" he said more calmly but you could see the aggression in his eyes. Eren felt one tear drip down his check when he finally spoke out in a soft voice "G-Grisha".  Levi clenched one hand from his jaw and held all his anger in it since his other hand was still soothing Erens side.

 After a couple of minutes Levi finally spoke "I knew it ... from how you acted earlier when you talked about ... That piece of shit". Levi looked at Erens one fallen tear and said "Crying isn't that clean you know" and wiped away the tear, it was quite again until he said "Tell me why he did this". Eren noticed how he was trying to help and finally broke down to Levi, something he hasn't done to anyone, not even his anti. "Well, After my m-mother died he b-blamed me and started saying it should have been me who died ... After a week, he started drinking, then came shouting and throwing of furniture ... then ... then one day he punched me in my rib and broke one, he said sorry ... b-but it never s-stopped. Le-Levi it never stopped" and right then and there Eren broke down like he never has before, Elbows resting on his tucked in knees, crying and shaken with pain. Levi suddenly moved his hand to on top of Erens shaken one and rubbed it moving it away from his face, not knowing what to say or do, He saw the tears streak down his face, glistering against his skin.  Levi thought to himself "Shit"  before he moved himself between Erens legs, Leaning over him to be able to see his face more clearly "Crying shows weakness, Weakness means that piece of shit has won. Don't let him win Eren, stop crying and show that piece of crap you are stronger than him" Levi noticed Erens crying had calmed down but not completely, So without thinking, Levi moved his hands to either side of Erens body, linking his fingers in lock with Erens. Slowly he leaned forward and placed his lips on Erens, Dragging them both into this sweet moment, Eren almost kissed back straight away and it lasted for a good couple of minutes before Levi leaned out and smiled for what seemed like the first time saying "Their, you've stopped" ruffling Erens hair and laid back down on his own side but closer to Eren. Eren was still lost in the moment, he let out a little smile, rubbing his eyes and laid down next to Levi. 

The next Morning

Eren woke up earlier than Levi since he had a shift in the cafe, he opened his eyes to see a sleeping Levi snuggled into his side, Levis left hand placed across Erens thigh and his other hand laced in his own hair. Eren laughed at the sight and tried to sneak out the bed to not wake Levi and get dressed for the day. Unknowing, Levi did wake up but kept perfectly still and just watched Eren, Eren took off his top and looked at himself in the mirror, lightly pressing against the scars from years ago and the ones placed just the other week. Accidentally touching one of the latest ones caused him to hiss loudly, He quickly put on a jumper and watched as Levis eyes fluttered more open. There was an awkward tension at first, Levi didn't like the fact Eren wasn't talking to him so he sat up on the bed and stretched. Speaking in his monotone voice "We need to speak" Eren suddenly turned around and said "Can it wait till  my shift is over? I'm already 5 minutes late" Levi nodded and Eren smiled and rushed out the room. Levi took a deep breathe and said quietly out loud "What have i done?"

Levi got changed and made his way down to the cafe, surprised with the amount of customer there was since it was eight in the morning. Levi looked straight at Eren who was dancing from table to table taking orders and rushing off to the kitchen shouting to his anti the orders. Levi walked over and sat in his booth, Watching Eren move around the cafe, Thinking to himself "Eren, Why do you do this too me? How do you feel? do you even like me? If only i could ask" Levi didn't normally speak his emotions so what happened last night wasn't going to happen again for some time, It made him wonder what makes Eren so special. An hour and a half later Eren sat across from Levi in the booth and said "I'm done, you want to talk?" Levi looked at him and said "You know what i;m going to ask right?", Eren smiled and said "I feel the same" Levi was surprised but Eren said "I would like ... to .. you know , hangout again" Levi was dying to laugh but didn't but did say in his monotone voice "Me too". Levi stood up and walked over to Erens side,knocking Erens pen off the table. Levi leaned over Eren to pick up the pen but on the way back up he quickly placed a kiss on his cheek and walked off back up to the apartment, Leaving a now very red Eren who was smiling like never before.
