Levi x Eren ~ Love in the Cafe

I know you love me.

Levi held his head down, not making eye contact with his boyfriend, small puffs of breathe floated away with the cool breeze. Eren laid pinned to the ground searching for an answer through Levis shaken breathes or the tightness of his grips "Tell me what is wrong Levi" Levi sat up on Erens torso, his hands still clenched for protection as he spoke quietly but surprisingly monotone "My mam ... She died 3 years ago today" It suddenly hit Eren that he has been ranting about how much he hates his parents and took no notice to how Levi has been struggling, after all 3 years isn't all that long. Eren managed to free one of his arms and started to stoke Levis arm in sympathy "I'm so sorry, Levi" Chocking a bit "I'm so so sorry, I'm an awful boyfriend you've been suffering all this time alone and i didn't notice, I can't ... I don't know how-" Eren went to break a bit more but was interrupted by Levi "hush it's okay ... I'm okay". Eren pulled him close and embraced him tightly against the harsh floor, Eren kissed Levis cheek "Everything will be okay, I promise i will never leave you" Levi suddenly tightened his grip on Eren "I love you too".   

Standing up, Levi grabbed Erens hand and dragged him off the ground and into a quick hug before pulling away "You should go ... I'm gonna go see them" Eren smiled and re took his hand "No" Levi looked surprised so Eren continued "I want to meet your parents", Levi pulled Eren close to his side and kissed his head "Okay" and led them both to two big rocks that were only 10 minutes from where they were. Erens eye's traced the shinny signs on the old rocks which said "Mr A . Ackerman" and "Mrs C . Ackerman". Eren smiled at the graves until he noticed Levi let out another tear but still didn't move. Eren thought fast to himself of what to do before slapping a big smile on his face as he spoke "It's nice to finally meet you MR and Mrs Ackerman" Levi watched in amaze, no one has ever shown a smile to their graves before, no one had talked to them before, Levi had so much emotion he didn't know how to express it. Suddenly Levi walked up to Eren ,wrapping him into a hug, "Thank you" Eren smiled and rested his head on Levis "No problem" and for what felt like the first time in a long time they kissed, it was soft but still filed with so much passion, It was obvious to Eren that Levi's parents mean a lot to him. Levi placed a hand on each rock, saying with a smile not knowing Eren could see it " I love you two, Bye" and they headed back to the shop closer than ever.

The second the two boys walked into the shop they were dragged into a strong group hug "Boys i was so worried, I herd a lot of shouting this morning and a bang and crashes ... are you okay?" Alex questioned quickly, Levi spoke "Everything is fine Alex, I'm going to get a shower ... I feel gross, thanks Eren"and headed for the stairs when Alex noticed the mud all over Levis back and in his normally smooth hair. Alex turned and Faced Eren and He knew she wanted an Explanation, The two sat down in one of the corner seats. Eren explained all in one "When Levi was little his dad died in the army so he was looked after his mother until 3 years ago when she died of old age and It's her anniversary today so Levi was a bit all over the place" Levi brought Eren into a hug "Is he okay now?" she asked worried, Eren nodded and continued "Yeah, he took me to see them and he's seems to be a lot happier now, well not as much since i kind of calmed him down by hugging him in the mud" causing them both to laugh.

 Eren made his way up to his and Levi's bedroom and snuggled into the soft quilt, warn out from today's events. Levi walked in the room 25 minutes later only in his boxers since he just got out the shower, he let a small smile out towards his cute boyfriend snuggled into the quilt and after a couple of seconds he joined him, snuggling into him without saying a word and they both fell a sleep. In peace. And together.
