As I got to the airport my heart felt like breaking out if my chest. I was deathly scared. what if I mess up? what if I ruin everything my parents have worked for? no! I will go and I will win. I made my way past some other kids who were with there parents. I held my head high and walked in. ever since they forbade traveling to your outer city limits, the only people that use the airport are us. they wait for us every February to take us away. then they keep it closed for the time being.
when I give my finger print the woman grunts at me and then she gives me a ticket in. I try to say thank you but she has moved on to the redheaded girl behind me. she seems really flushed. I make my way to the airplane waiting door and check my phone. I don't have any notifications. not that I have friends to begin with. my friend left for the comp weeks ago. to clarify, or lives are a big game. we are trained our whole lives for the comp. when we turn 16 we leave our part lives and head for the comp. we are studied and we go through challenges to see if we could apply for president, out presidente. we also go for army, government and high forces kind of things. my mother has always wanted me to be one of the warriors. the warriors are the ones who get treated highly. they do whatever they want and they don't have to do a thing. they say that the warriors keep us safe from the dangers of outside. but we never hear about them. as I snap out of my mind, I realize that our planes are boarding. I hastily get my stuff and shuffle with the others. I can't trust either of them. we are all going against each other. I get in my seat and cringe at the sight of the fact that i have a middle seat. I have to sit next to people. I watch the others pass by and anticipate on one coming to where I'm sitting. just when I get comfortable your my liking, I notice a girl bustily getting by me. "excuse me I'm so sorry. I'm sorry. okay there. Hi! I'm ladasha. Wassup girl? you here for this stupid thing to?" and as she speaks I realize that she was the girl behind me at the station.
"H-hi there. im naenae." I stutter.
"cool name. can I call you nae?" she asks.
"o-okay." I reply.
ladasha has raven black hair up to mid back with red tips at the end. she had caramel colored skin. she looked to stunning to be working for forces comp. she should be working for the modeling comp. just as I was about to ask get why, something jolted my body towards ladasha. I looked towards the interjection and sat there stunned.
