Chapter 4

seeing as we had about 3 hours left, I prepared myself for another nap. Just as I was about to fall into sleep, a warm hand squeezed mine, "Hey do you want to sleep on my shoulder?" My eyes sprung open. What? i turned around and found the guy looking at me. "Me?" I tried to ask. " That's who I'm talking to" He replied. I gulped. damn was he hot. I nodded without thinking and before I knew it I was in his arms warm and cozy. I was half asleep and my brain kept on wheeling wo tell me just sleep. As soon as I fell asleep I dreamt of the man. The mysterious man. He was always with my mom but his back was always to me. Was that my dad? Who is he? Just as he was turning around really slowly, I held my breath and..."Hey, hey wake up. We're here." a husky voice told me. Wo was that?    "Who the hell are you?" I asked.    "i'm nick. I've been with you since we boarded the plane. Hey are you... are you okay? you look hot and sweaty." Nick said in a worried voice.  I glared at him, "So sweaty girls are hot to you?" I asked in a cold tone. "No... th-that's not what I meant." He was blushing. Gosh, those dimples! ohmigosh. I realized that he was right. I was sweating like a river gives water. I looked at my soaked shirt and looked at ladasha. She was having a blast. She had her earphones in and her  head lay of the head cushion. Her eyes were closed and she was so peaceful looking. Like I didn't even want to bother her. "hey I'm naenae." I said to the guy softening at his uncomfortableness. He looked so cute.   "I'm nick. Hi" he said gving me a small wave. 

EVERYBODY GET OUT NOW! iF YOU STAY YOU'RE GONE. the overheads shouted. Everyone shuffled to their seats and  i got my carrions and walked out we went to get our luggages and in that big flurry mess, I managed to lose both Nick and Ladasha.Great. Now if I could fall too. I made my way to outside and the winter breeze caught our uniforms and everyone got the chills. We made our way to the arena and I managed to find Ladasha, or she basically manages to find me. "Hey yo nae! Don't be runnin like that girl!" she scrams and i inwardly groan. when she makes her way to me I notice the swollen cut behind her ear. I don't say anything because I don't know her much but I make a mental note to remember. '

When we all reach the arena, we take seats that we can find and sit waiting for the sectoror. When he finally decides to come out, we see his pale skin hasn't seen light in quite a long time. He holds himself high and has a menacing way that he walks with. As he waits for us to silence ourselves, he watches us all as if scrutinizing us from where he is standing. Oh God. This is weird. "Dear children, I am happy to see you all on such a day. Happy challenge day! I hope that you all get what you want and that you all strive for as much as you can. Throughout these many months that you will be spending here the center sec, you will go through challegnes and you will try to overcome them. You will have an assigned room with one other person at first and you will all be staying at the center sec hall. I hope that you all have a time finding yourselves and happy challenge day. Oh and one more thing. You fail, or you show that this is not important to you even a little bit, You will be cast out or you will be moved to the prison. Any attmept at overuling or hurting one another will ruin your time her and will also ruin your lives. What I'm trying to say is, mess up and your out. For good. Happy challenge day!" We all stand there stunned. What jsut happened. Bipolar much? We froze and we waited till he made his full way out of the arena. Everyone around me let out a breath once he was gone and we made our way out of the arena and into the center walking halls of the center sec. When the popos instructed us to go to a tall building, we all complied and made our way slowly. This was going to be a long si months. If I make it all through.
