Chapter 2: Munchkins

*Luna's POV*

Ok so the party started at 8pm and let's say it was way too late for people to still be here. Mom announced it was the end of the party and people started to leave.

*45 mins later*

The last of the people finally left and I was exhausted. I closed the door, locked it, then made my way to the living room.

Once I entered I realized I had one more guest, and he was sitting on the couch.

"Oh! Hey Shane, I thought you left!"

"Without me saying goodbye?"

"That's what I was saying! Like how rude!"

He deeply chuckled, sending shivers through my body. 'What is this man doing to me?!'

I walked to the kitchen and went to the refrigerator. "Want anything to drink? Sprite? Cola? Root beer?"

"Root beer!"

I took two root beers and made my way back to the living room. I sat on the same couch as him and handed him his drink.

"Thanks."

"Mmhmm. No problem."

I reached under the couch and pulled out my secret stash of munchkins from Dunkin Donuts.

"ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!"

I look at Shane and saw a look of disbelief on his face. "HEY! HEY! HEY! Don't you start judging me, alright?! I'm in good health, I'm in very good shape, and my diet is excellent! This is a treat so.....back off!"

He was trying to speak but he just couldn't help but laughed at me being defensive.

"I'm not judging Luna! It's just that you always hid food under the couch when you were younger! Now I see this habit never died, huh?"

"NOPE!" I said then popped​ a munchkin into my mouth. He chuckled a bit and.....he stole a munchkin!

"YOU!....How DARE you?! NO TOUCHY!"

"Hold up! You gonna be stingy with you're munchkins?"

"Uh! Yea! Duh!"

He had a smirk on his face and stole two more. "What the-...you-...are you crazy man!?"

"Share Luna!"

"NEVER!"

I hid the box under my arms and crouched into a ball in the couch. Shane sighed and stood up. He made his way in front of me and stood there with his arms crossed.

"Are you kidding me!?"

"Yup! Now be a good little soldier and stay away from my-HEY!!!!"

He snatched the box from me and held it above his head. "Oh come on Shane! That's not fair! Give them back!"

He leaned his face towards mine a said one simple word,"NOPE!"

I groaned in frustration and tried to get it from him. After so many failed attempts, I started to walking around and act like a child.
