Chapter 24

Evan's POV
(A week later)

We finally have our first real mission, so we all had our masks on. Our mission is to kill a gang leader of gang called the Blue Skulls. By the way Simone already knows about us being in this kind of training because we told her.

All of us were in a car that Stuart told us to use because there were guns and ammo in the trunk. We drove to our destination which was an abandoned warehouse that was right beside the ocean. Jon parked the car in some bushes so that no one could see us. We all got ready grabbing our own equipment.

Two guys were guarding the entrance until Lui sniped them. We all look at him because we heard him chuckle in his squeaker voice. "What?" He said in his squeaker voice. He needs to speak to us in his squeaker voice for the rest of the mission because it's a part of his disguise. We all quickly sneak inside the warehouse. Lui went up the stairs so that he could snipe better at the gang members. Stuart told me that I'm gonna be the person to kill the gang leader while Jon covered my back.

I look around the area while we all hid in the shadows. Tyler was adjusting his bulletproof(bulletploof) helmet and pig mask then said, "Can we go know? I'm getting bored here." Tyler whispered at me getting a little impatient. I roll my eyes and chuckle softly. "I need to find where the leader is." I told him which made him only respond with a nod. I see a small room in the top that had big huge windows, I could see a guy sitting there watching over the huge place.

Found him...

The whole light off turned off then it light back up but with a red glow. A loud siren was heard through the speakers only meaning one thing...they know we are here. "Come out come out wherever you are?" Said a voice through the speakers. "Lui shoot the the explosives." I said through our head set that we each have. "On it." I heard him say then a slight shooting sound was heard until....

BOOM!!!

A huge a explosion occurred in a distance that made the floor tremble a bit. "GO!" I yelled and all of us start to scatter around shooting the distracted gang members that were barely getting up from . I quickly ran towards the room while Jon followed from behind, shooting every single guy that tried to shoot me.

I open the door slowly and quietly enter the room trying not to make a sound. Jon waited outside if someone tried to go inside the room to kill me. A guy sat there on a chair holding a pistol, he had a mask covering the lower part of his face that only made his eyes show. "I knew you will come for me. There is no need to sneak behind me." He said while slowly stand up straight. He chuckled and turned around to face me then said, "I know who you are, you are that killer owl also known as Vanoss or Night Owl. You are cool and everything, you have nice fighting skills, aim, and sneaking. How about you join us and we could be unstoppable." I tilt my head to the side staring into his eyes pretending to be thinking.

I slightly shake my head no that made him sigh then chuckle. "You just chose the wrong path boy." He said then took off his jacket that showed his muscular body. He raised the pistol aiming for my head but I quickly take out my own pistol shooting him in the leg which made him in pain and fall on his knees. "You piece of shit!" He said taking out a small remote that had huge red button, then pressed it.

"EVERYONE GET OUT OF HERE NOW!!!" I yelled through the mouthpiece quickly. "Evan what is going on?!" Asked Craig kinda panicking. "Just get out n-!" I said loudly but I got cut off by a huge explosion being heard right beneath us. I shot the guy's head killing him instantly but kinda splattered blood and brain parts all over the window.

I quickly get out of the room seeing that none of my friends were in the warehouse, they might of had left just like I told them to but Jon was still here covering himself because the whole entire place was collapsing. I grab his hand and try to drag both of us out of here but it was too late.

A whole place landed on top of us.

All I could see was darkness.

I felt pain all over me.

Wait...is Jonathan okay? Is everyone okay?

Tyler's POV

"EVAN!! JON!! Can you hear me?!" I could hear Lui yell through the mouthpiece while we all waiting outside with dust and smoke covering the whole area. "EVAN!!! JON!!! CAN YOU GUYS HEAR ME!!!" Lui yelled again but I could hear his voice cracking a bit meaning he was about to cry. David pulled him close to him while Lui finally broke down into tears, including Craig so I pulled him close to me. Rubbing his back in circle motions.

Once the area finally stopped collapsing, we all went to look for them. Carlos was a bit worried since he was brought down from heaven to protect Evan from any kind of danger. Whenever we saw a huge pile we think they are in there so we move everything in a different place. Stuart arrived with his men following him from behind fully armed

"Where are they?!" Stuart said in a mix of worried and angry tone. We all look down at the ground with a disappointed expression. Stuart ran towards the collapsed area hoping to find them until he gave up, falling onto his knees.

Marcel was so angry that he punch the tree multiple times until his knuckles bled. Ohm and Brian were disappointed that they couldn't save them. Lui and Craig were crying while me and David were trying to comfort them. Carlos was praying in front of a random rock, praying for them to be okay.

Some people were attending our wounds and bruises except Carlos because he immediately just healed. Stuart was leaning against a tree smoking a cigar, he was stressed out or angry. He only smokes when he is in those moods.

I walk towards the collapsed area seeing Stuart's men looking around for Evan and Jon. Some gave up by walking out of the area. I walk in the area but the only thing I could see were dead bodies of the gang but no Jon and Evan which is good because I wouldn't want to see them dead.

I really hope they are okay and not dead.
