Chapter 18: Graduation

Wednesday: June. 24th

The next day in Chicago was very eventful, the girls went shopping for the 18th while the guys went golfing except Kurt who went shopping again.

Nationals was the same as always in New York, except this time they won the whole entire thing. Graduation was today and the seniors were beyond excited for it.

Rachel was going onto New York with Kurt Hummel, after they got accepted into Nyada. Finn was off to California for his teaching degree. Blaine, Tina, Noah, Santana, Brittany and Artie were all stuck for a little while longer, like a year or two.

Quinn and Noah had Beth 2 days ago and though it was hard for them to give her away, they both knew they couldn't take care of her together because there still in high school.

So she went into the adoption centre. The choir room was noisy when Rachel walked inside, her red gown flowing down. "Hello guys." Rachel chirped happily.

"Hello Rachel." The glee club harmonized back to her. "Excited for grad?"

"Well of course i am." Rachel smiled cheerily sitting down in the center of the room. "Are we celebrating tonight?"

Finn followed inside behind her. "No, were celebrating with the rest of them." Finn replied tugging his hat more down on his head.

Rachel squealed and jumps into his arms. "Omg, Finn. I'm so excited!" Rachel said hugging him tightly.

Blaine jogged into the room. "Guys, there waiting for you guys." Blaine replied looking around at all the teenagers in glee club in cap and gowns.

The walk towards the gym was quiet, only being able to hear the sounds of there feet, Blaine reached out to grab kurt's hand and smiled. "Congrats." Blaine whispered hugging him lightly.

Kurt smiled widely. "Thank you." Kurt whispered back before walking off with the rest of the group. Rachel smiled happily at her best friend.

New York, Nationals was just tomorrow. She for sure knew that they were gonna win this time. They were in it for the long way.

And although they have no setlist ready, Rachel knew she was definitely going to try and let them do orginal songs, which will be very hard considering Mr Schuester doesn't like that kind of stuff. .

"Welcome to the 2012, annual Mckinly High School Graduation!!" Figgans called into the microphone. "I'd like to congratulate these teenagers and wish them well in the big world."

The cheers and cat calls were the loudest from the new directions who were getting onto the airplane that exact night.

"RACHEL CORCORAN" figgans called into the microphone, as the ambitious girl walked out walking over to Emma and grabbing her diplomea.

A few more kids were called until it was another glee club member. "KURT HUMMEL." figgans called into it again, Kurt walked out happily waving and blowing kisses at his dad, before walking down the steps and hugging all the glee clubbers.

The ceremony went on until it was The last two's turn. "QUINN FABRAY." figgans called again, once she got into her place after getting her diplomea, it was Finn's turn. "FINN HUDSON."

The crowds yelled and screamed for him like a celebrity. The music started up.

[Finn:]
Saw him the other night at this roadside bar
I was walking in, he was walking out
We went back inside sat down had a few drinks
but all he kept talking about was

[Puck:]
Well there's a girl that lives up the block
back in school she could turn all the boy's heads
Sometimes on a Friday I'll stop by
and have a few drinks after she put her kids to bed

[Finn:]
Her and her husband Bobby well they split up
I guess it's two years gone by now
We just sit around talking about the old times,
she says when she feels like crying
she starts laughing thinking about

[Both:]

[Puck:]
Now I think I'm going down to the well tonight
and I'm going to drink till I get my fill
And I hope when I get old I don't sit around thinking about it
but I probably will

[Finn:]
Yeah, just sitting back trying to recapture
a little of the glory of, well time slips away
and leaves you with nothing mister but
boring stories of glory days

The music ended and everyone cheered while they walked out of gym towards the choir room. "New York, New York!!" Kurt hummed.

Ugh i'm so sorry this is kinda lame and quick. But aye at least i updated? This book is ending soon but i'll be making a second book for this series!! :))
