Morning and Evening Supplication

Sura Baqarah (1-5)

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

الم(١)

ذَٰلِكَ الْكِتَابُ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ هُدًى لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ(٢)

الَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْغَيْبِ وَيُقِيمُونَ الصَّلَاةَ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ(٣)

وَالَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ وَمَا أُنزِلَ مِن قَبْلِكَ وَبِالْآخِرَةِ هُمْ يُوقِنُونَ(٤)

أُولَٰئِكَ عَلَىٰ هُدًى مِّن رَّبِّهِمْ وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ(٥)

Transliteration
Bismil Laahir Rahmaanir Raheem

1• Alif lam meem.

2• Thalika alkitabu la rayba feehi hudan lilimutaqeena.

3• Alltheena yuminoona bialghaybi wayuqeemoona alssalata wamimma razaqnahum yunfiqoona.

4• Waallatheena yuminoona bima unzila ilayka wama onzila min qablika wabialakhirati hum yooqinoona.

5• Ulaika AAala hudan min rabbihim waolaika humu almuflihoona

Translation
In the name of Allah The Gracious The Merciful.

1• ALM

2• This Book, there is no doubt in it, is a guide to those who guard (against evil).

3• Those who believe in the unseen and keep up prayer and spend out of what We have given them.

4• And who believe in that which has been revealed to you and that which was revealed before you and they are sure of the hereafter.

5• These are on a right course from their Lord and these it is that shall be successful.
