Chapter 9

"Y/n!! I'm so sorry if I haven't been visiting you lately! I'm so sorry!! My parents won't let me and it's far from where I live! I'm really sorry!!"

Chantice continued to apologise. I missed her... I hope she would visit me everyday now, like she and Hobi always use to do.

"It's fine, you don't need to apologise, I understand! Now shush, stop apologising!"

"Y/N!!" Hobi burst in from the door, causing Chantice to jump alittle from the loudness brought by the other. Hobi went running towards me and stopped at the side, slightly pushing my bed from the original place.

"God, I'm so sorry!!!" he screamed apologetically. "I haven't been checking up on you, are you ok? Have you eaten yet? Oh gosh, do their foods taste bad? If they do, I'm complaining!"

"Me too!" added Chantice. "I'll do whatever it takes to make Y/n comfortable until she is still here and wherever she is!" both screamed and continued screaming.

Gosh, these two can be the death of my eardrums most of the time, especially now. And this, this is why I love them. They're like no other people, they're unique in their own ways. I couldn't help but smile, not because their close to crying, but because I could see their faces once again and I could feel that they really care about me. I love them so... I'll treasure them for eternity, I promise you guys.

The doctor then went inside the room. Hobi and Chantice's expression changed into a poker face as they both looked at the doctor. Pfft, cuties. The doctor then said that he'll be doing some check-up, like always.

Hobi and Chantice made way for the doctor and let him do his thing. They both looked at me and I looked back at them and shrugged. Not really new, not old aswell.

The doctor then finishes doing the check-up, excusing himself after taking a bow to the three of us. Hobi and Chantice went back beside me, silence filling up the room. Both were silent, not shouting at any moment.

"Ran out of something to say?" I smirked at the both.

They both looked away while nodding. I chuckled a little at how cute they are. I still have no idea when the heck am I going leave this room. I wanna leave, it's quiet here. Its lonely aswell. Hobi then starts a little talk about their week and how they whined all the time.

"You two are really similar, really like siblings."

Both looked at each other then both replied, "Nah, I'm better than him/her." Then they got a little cute argument. They reminded me of someone from the school. I remember two students had a cute quarrel in one of the hallways and I couldn't help but stare at them and smile. It was a nerd fight, both are cute. I think they were quarreling about a scientific equation and who's answer is correct.

I was snapped out of my train of thoughts when Chantice actually snapped her fingers in front of my face. I should stop spacing out especially when I'm with them.

"Hey, earth to Y/n, are you there?" Chantice playfully asked. I rolled my eyes in return. She continued, "Have you seen those cute nerds at school?"

"Nerds? They are the only two nerds excluding you, right?" Hobi asked, getting a punch in the arm from Chantice. "I'm not a nerd!" She exclaimed.

"Anyways," Chantice continued after sending Hobi death glares and then cleared her throat, "They knew what happened to you and was worried. They said they wanted to be friends with us together with their friends."

"Oh, how did they know about me though?" I asked. How dafuq-

"Those group of mean girls started a rumor about you pretending to be innocent and they actually removed and erased that rumor just for you. And," she paused then smirked at me.
