Wake up! Wake up!
An alligator alarm clock starts to make noise as the clock hits 7 am. A girl groaned from under her covers.
"Shut up.."
Wake up! Wake up!
The clock began to get louder and louder.
"Aargh!" the girl shouted in frustration.
Wake up you lazy bum!
"That's it!"
Zooey kicked the alligator down with her feet causing the poor clock to shatters into pieces. It's her third clock that month.
"Better." Zooey mumbled as she resumes her sleep. Just as she began her journey into slumber land, her phone rang.
Annoyed, Zooey picks up the phone.
"Who is this?! Dare you mess with me while I'm sleeping!"
"Yah, wake up Zooey!" the voice shouted.
Zooey was startled and quickly sit straight up on her bed.
"Marley.."
"You don't forget about our meeting at the library, right?"
Meeting? Library?
"Of course..hahahaha.."
"It's at 8 am."
"I'm already on my way there as we speak, Mar!"
"Oh really?"
"I'll be there soon!"
"You better be."
"Love you."
Marley already hangs up the phone. Zooey sighed and looked at the dead alligator on the floor. Surprisingly, the clock is still working.
Zooey eyes went wide as she looked at the clock.
It's already 7:30 am.
She quickly took her towel and rushed towards the bathroom.
Zooey is in a great rush, she didn't even bother knocking the bathroom door. The door was unlocked so she immediately assumes that it's empty.
