Money comes and goes, but what you do with it when it comes is what defines its value. Some people know how to make money, and others know how to make money work for them. Learning the distinction between the two can help you generate more money to fund your dreams. That goes not just for creatives but for everyone who wants to excel in any field and become financially stable.

Those who know how to make money have no problem working and earning, but the money they earn will go just as soon as it comes, and the cycle will likely continue that way unless they make a significant change. They have no room for flexibility. But those who know how to make money work for them are the ones that seek to get the most value out of their money. Their eggs are never all in just one basket.

For instance, I've worked day jobs that I haven't particularly liked even though my books and my clothing business generate money. You can never have enough sources of income, and sometimes you will have to do jobs that aren't all that stimulating but allow you to make money that can be directed towards your goals. The more sources of income you have, the more you can make your money work for you.
