Chapter eight

Your P.O.V.
Gene leaned on the door way of my room with a worried expression as Pet and I stuffed our bags, "Why are you doing this again?" Gene asked, "WE HAVE TO KILL THEM GENE!!" Pet yelled before I could speak.
I had everything ready, water, a map, phone, change of clothes, and food.
Gene hugged me rocking me back and forth.
I hugged him tighter and cried into his warm chest.. I'll be back my darling..
"Pet!" I heard an out of breath Dante say, "what?" Pet said in her serious tone.
"I-I wanted to say bye.. before you l-left.." Dante said.
"Oh..w-why?" Pet asked, did she..stutter!?!?
"B-because... you s-seem nice.." Dante said, I smiled at the two stuttering messes.
"I-....I have to go!" Pet said opening the demon realm with her ring.
"Y/n come on!" She yelled at me, I kissed Gene on the lips and stepped inside the portal. And I watched as Dante kissed Pet before the portal closed.
Pet stood there blushing, she put human blood to shame.
"Ooo~" I said wiggling my eyebrows. "N-no! Ok.. let's just beat the crap out of em now. Please." Pet said turning around.
Fire really stood out here.. we walked around in our fake identity.
I looked around the corner to see Blaze and Greg talking with father.
I listened in on what they were saying, "Father! I'm telling you they both have gotten stronger!" Greg said smashing his fists on the wall beside him.
"Why can't you do a simple job!?!? Just kidnap her! Bring her here, THEN you completed your mission!!" My father spat at them.
"I-I'm sorry Father." Blaze said putting her head down. I saw father lift p his hand and slap Blaze across her face.
His eyes went into the hypnotic way and Blaze had to follow.. I now she doesn't want to this at all.. fathers forcing them both.
I looked at Pet.. we gatta save Greg and Blaze!
I ran off into a potion room I know no ones uses anymore!
I flipped through the pages of the potion book. AHA! A recipe,
"Pet, get cheese, a bats eye, rat fur and squash." I said, Pet nodded and got all four things.
We started making the potion  and slipped it in two bottles one for Greg and one for Blaze.
I looked at Pet she looked at me and we hugged before splitting up.
I followed Blaze and Pet followed Greg.
She was making a portal to the human realm. I grabbed her wrist pulling her back to me.
"Ah!" Blaze screamed, she had anger in her eyes as she stared at me.
"Father won't be happy!" Blaze said and threw a punch at me. I dodged her fist full of fire.
"Stop this!" I screamed at her gripping the potion.
I threw the potion at her, it smashed a green fuzz swirled around Blaze and after it was done she was crying. She fell to her knees and just cried. I hugged her, "I-I'm so sorry!!" She cried hugging me.
"It's ok.." i said and hugged her tightly.
"Father tricked me! IM SO SORRY!!!" She cried.
I rubbed her back making circles.
She breathed shakily.
We stood up, she wobbled as she walked toward the human realm portal. "You should take shelter. Tell them your good now." I said, she nodded wiping her tears. She stepped in and closed it.
I reached in my pocket of my bag searching for some water but, I felt paper.
I took it out. It was a picture of me and Gene kissing.. and written on the back was,
'Stay safe my love and don't forget me -Love your boyfriend.'
I smiled at the note, how could I forget him? He's my one and only.
I put it in my shirt pocket and got up. I slipped my bag back on and stared at the big fiery castle on the hill, where father and mother should be.
I sighed and began sneaking around to meet up with Pet.
Genes P.O.V.
I paced around Y/n's room worriedly, Dante sat on her bed just staring at the floor.
I looked on her shelf to see a piece of paper. I took it to see a girl with H/C hair and E/C eyes.
A girl with red hair and blue eyes, a boy with brown spiked hair and black eyes.
They were posing for the camera. Behind them was a woman with a slap mark on her cheek and a man with a disgusted face on while looking at the woman.
Then there was another photo Of the same girl with H/C hair and E/C eyes. She looked a bit older and was sitting on a dirty messed up bed with ragged brown clothes on.
Her hair was all knotted and she looked so tired, she had bags under her eyes, there were kids in the background some crying some sleeping and some cleaning.
I looked at the shelf to see more photos.
The next one was the same girl, older, she was smiling, and a boy was beside her. He had brown hair and blue eyes.
I think that's Jack.. so the girl must be Y/n?
Then the next photo was Y/n and a girl with dark brown hair. She was hugging Y/n, and Y/n looked like she was about to die.
I chuckled at the photo, then there was a picture of the girl with dark brown hair, Y/n and a girl with lighter brown hair.
They were smiling and doing poses.
I smiled at them then the next photo was them older. Now I know who the girls are! Teh one with dark brown hair now with red stripes is Pet! And the light brown hair must be Fiona... she's dead.. god That's hard for them.
The next photo almost made me cry, it was a picture of Me and Y/n I and my arm around her and she was smiling so much.
The next was me and her again, we were laughing? Then one where we were kissing.., I cried on that one.
Dante looked at me, I showed him the photos. He smiled.
But then one flew off the shelf onto the floor I picked it up to see Pet and Fiona back to back, above it it said , 'sisterly love'
This makes so much sense.. no wonder Pet got more angry then Y/n when she saw her sister dead..
"Y/n looks cute when she's that little doesn't she?" I heard Jack a voice say. I looked up and nodded.
He let out a little chuckle, "Ha! I remember her when my parents adopted her, she wasn't talkative but she soon warmed up to me the most... the orphanage wasn't the nicest place to Y/n.. she'd say nothing or do anything wrong.. but she was the one getting the most hurt. She can be such an idiot some times.." Jack said lettinga mother little chuckle escape and shaking his head.
"She'd stand up for other people be a good person but.. she can't defend her self. It's hard for her, so she was the most hit. And one day she.. she couldn't take it. She smashed the window by jumping out. She landed on her feet and she just.. ran.. she bumped into me and was so scared... I still remember the terror on her face and the next day.. my family adopted her. And she has been talking ever sense I saved her from being hit by a truck one day.." Jack said.
I stared out the window.. wow.. Y/n's been through a lot.
"Mostly why she was always hurt is because of her brother and sister. Sometimes even her father, would hurt her.
Because of her weird thing... they would mostly come at night.
Then when we adopted her they came out if she didn't have these pills. After a bit she started going tos cool and met her friends Pet and Fiona, she had another friend, he's not with us at the moment-" and Jack was interrupted day a loud knock at the door. I went down stairs to see a boy with black curly hair, he had brown eyes and he wore jeans and a t shirt.
"WHERE IS SHE!" He yelled.
I looked at him confused, "Y/N!" He yelled and pushed me aside.
He ran upstairs and I grabbed his wrist, "Who are you!?!?" I asked him holding him against the wall.
He winced at the pain, "Devon? What are you doing here!?" Jack said and walked towards us, "Trying to find Y/n.." he said, "Y/n's in the demon realm.." Jack said, "I need to get to her! I-I need to tell her I love her!" He said trying to fight back at me, I growled, and threw him on the floor, "Sorry buddy but she's my girlfriend." I growled and stared at him, "I still love her!" The guy said and punched me in the face.
This guys looking for trouble? I'll give it to him but then I stopped and I thought.. is this really what Y/n wants me and o be doing? No it isn't.. i put down my fists and just walked back upstairs into her room locking it behind me.
