Chapter eleven (the end ToT)

Genes P.O.V.
I snuck into Y/n's changing room, she turned to me and hugged me.
I hugged back, "You ready?" I asked.
She slowly nodded, grabbing a box on the shelf, she handed it to me.
"If my father goes too far, take this to remember me." She said and smiled at me.
I started crying and hugged her.
~~TIME SKIP~~
I watched her walk out into the battle arena.
They had three rounds. There were lots of cheers when she stepped, out.
The princess got too pick what they were doing for the first round, then the king, then a person in the crowd, chosen by the prince.
The king stepped out, a few cheers.
"Now! Princess Y/n. Choose what you will be doing first round." One of the judges spoke deeply and loudly.
"I choose a sing off!" She yelled, she's a great singer. She's beautiful, she'll win.
Gasps came across the crowd.
"Very well! Princess Y/n, you shall go first!" The judge said.
She breathed in deeply, and used magic to make it look amazing!

I soon realized.. that's the song I sang.
I smiled at Y/n, knowing she remembered.
Lots and LOTS of clapping came from the crowd.
"Now, my king you may sing your song." The judge said.

(I personally hate the song sorry)
No one clapped or cheered.
"Princess Y/n is the winner of this round!!" The judge said.
I heard the king growl.
"Very well. Now it's my turn to pick." The king said, grinning evilly.
"A fight, the person that pins the other down for three seconds wins." The kings said.
"So be it." Y/n said.
~~TIME SKIP~~
After a huge battle, The king had an unfair advantage by having a sword.
So the king.. sadly won.
"NOW! The prince may pick a person from the crowd." The judge spoke.
I gulped, Devon.. pick me...
"I piiiiick... Gene!" Devon said.
My eyes lit up.
"Gene, what do you want them to fight with now?" The judge asked.
"Simple. Laugh challenge, first person to make me laugh, wins." I said.
The judge gave me a questionable look but slowly nodded, "Ok, You will begin Princess Y/n, you may go first." The judge said.
I walked out into the arena, "make me laugh." I said.
She smiled, "Luckily.. I know where your only tickle spot is." She grinned.
"N-no! Y/n.. bad.. Y/n no!" I said backing up.
"Y/n yes! Y/n gooood!~" she said tackling me.
She started tickling me on my back, DANG IT SHE KNOWS IM REALLY TICKLISH THERE.
She tickled me and tickled me. I was laughing so hard I was crying.
"Ok! Now, the king." The judge spoke.
Y/n got off of me.
I calmed down and the king tried to make funny faces, tickling me, goofing off. Nothing worked.
He growled about to grab me but the judge yelled across the room, "PRINCESS Y/N WINS!"
Everyone cheered, especially me.
"Now, we will kill him and Devon or Y/n will be our new ruler." The judge spoke.
And soon the king was taken back, I. Kudos hear his screams of terror.
Y/n held on to my arm, "I will now be the ruler, Y/n wants to live her life with this special young man right here." Devon said pointing to me.
I smiled and wrapped my arm around Y/n's waist.
"I love you!~" I said, "I love you too!~" she said.
We leaned in, and I closed the gap between us.
Finally The king is gone, Y/n can be happy once again, with me, Mika, her siblings especially Jack.
Pet will do fine, she said shes going to try and find love of her own in the human world.
Y/n's smile right now.. means the world to me.
I hope she knows I'm always here.
Even if I'm not going to be in school next year.
I'll be waiting for her every step of the way.
People see me as a mean person but.. if you look through Y/n's eyes.
I'm a soft, lovable idiot.
The same with Y/n through my eyes.
I love you my darling, and I won't stop loving you, Y/n.

When we got home I sat Y/n down and sang her a song. I love you so much.

After I finished singing, we hugged each other tightly, kissing like no one was there. I really do love her, she's the best thing that has ever happened to me.
