"Lucas? Why are you still here?" Lydia stood behind a dark brown haired boy with a blue backpack on his back.
"My dad said he would be late to pick me up but I didn't think it'll be this late," the boy answered with the adorable voice of his.
"Do you want me to call your father?"
"No, I don't want to bother him." He looked down to his feet.
Lydia looked at the boy silent. He looked sad, she thought.
"I'll stay with you then, until he came here to pick you up." She sat down beside her underneath the school's metal roof.

10 minutes later, they both saw two lights coming from a distance. It's his dad.
"Sorry I pick you up late, bud." A man figure walked out the car, running towards Lucas.
"It's fine." He said with a upset tone.
Lucas thanked his teacher then without any hesitation walked back to the car and slammed the door.
"Ah, I'm sorry for making you wait here with him." He looked at Lydia with her glasses on.
"All good, Mr. Stilinski." She smiled. "Excuse me, I need to call my taxi."
"Oh, no no. How about I drive you to your house?" He put down her phone that she just took out.
"That's kind of you but it's fine. I'll call the taxi." She gently removed Stiles' hands from her phone and start dialing in numbers.
After a lot of convincing, Lydia finally get him to not drive her home. She sigh in relief while she got into the taxi and drove home.

"Misrable," he said quitely from the back.
Stiles sigh and continue focusing on the road. That never had a healthy relationship from the beginning after Malia died. She was sweet and caring. They miss her.
"Why did mom leave us?" He questioned him then look back out of the window.
Stiles stay silent as his thought full with him and Malia's memories.

"Here," Lucas lean forward, handed Stiles the letter.
"What's this?"
Lucas didn't answer, either he doesn't even bother to speak or he'll know his father will see the name on the envelope.
