The Mute And The Alpha

Hearing soft whispers, i furrow my brows. Confused as to whom and where they were coming from. "Aww she's so beautiful!!," i heard one voice say. Turning my head slightly, i heard another voice gasp. "Shhh your going to wake her," it said.

Kinda too late for that, i thought.

Cracking my eyes open. I found there were at least three girls surrounding me. They all giggled and smiled. "Hello Luna!," the girl to the left speaks up. Pouting, i sat up. "Where am i? Who are you??," i asked, panicky. They all look at me confused. "Im sorry Luna, but we dont understand," the middle one says sadly. "Could you probably write it down?," she speaks again. I nod. Taking the paper and pencil they supplied less than a minute.
Dont even ask me how. Cause i dont even know.
       After i wrote my questions down. They read it and the girl on the left spoke, "why your here at the pack house and this is jenny-," she points to the girl to the right of her, she was tall with long blonde hair and baby blue eyes, "-and that girl beside Jenny is Emma-," Emma had short brown hair and light brown eyes,"-and im Anna," she finishes.

Wait...Did she just said pack house??? PACK house??? What the flipping flippers!!! What are they?! And whats with the Luna thing??

Groaning, i placed a hand over my forehead as it started to ache. "Luna?? Are you okay? Do you nee-," i cut her off by holding my hand up indicating for her to stop. "Sorry," she apologizes quickly. I grab the paper and pencil and wrote, 'could....could ya'll just go? I just want to be alone for a few,' after, i then showed them.
"Of course Luna but if you need anything call us okay?," Anna says after reading the paper. Inwardly i rolled my eyes, 'alright and please stop calling me 'Luna' its Amelia,' i wrote them once more. They gave me a small smile and nod. They then gave me a little curtsy while saying, "good bye Luna," then left the room.
     
       I just stare blankly at their retreating figures.

Ooookay then that was totally not weird, i say in my head.

     Blowing out a breath as i ran a hand through my hair, i lay back in the bed. I then began to start thinking of a way to escape this weird place without getting caught. Finally an idea pops up in my mind, making me grin.

-Dimitry P.O.V-

As i talked with my beta and a few members of my pack about my mates situation, in my studies, i suddenly heard thumping coming from the air vent.
Thump

Thump
  ......
Thump

Looking up at the air vent in confusion. I heard one of my members comment,"um..alpha i think there's something up in the vent," he says as we all stared at the vent which the thumping continued to sound from. I averted my gaze and gave him the expression that says, 'no shit sherlock,'

When the thumping stopped, a sudden strawberry scent began to fill my nose.

Then it hit me. She's in the vent. My MATE  is in the vent.

'Shes trying to escape!!!,' my wolf howls.

My eyes grow wide,
W-HOW DID SHE....WHEN....WHY... Oh  hell no! shes not going to escape from me!!

Growling angrily, i felt her fear radiating off her in waves as her heart pounded in her chest. It was quiet for a moment before she started crawling again more quickly.

Thump!
Thump!
Thump!
Thump!

"Liam! Gather the men! Shes trying to escape! Secure the house!!," i bark as i hurriedly followed the rapidly thumping.

"When i get my hands on you! Your going to be in big trouble!!," i yell at her.

-Amelia P.O.V-

Shit! Shit! Shit! Shit! Was all i could think of as i crawled faster through the vents. Left. Right. Left. R-arrghhh dead end!! Nooo!! Hurriedly as i turn around, i heard a snap and felt the vent shook beneath me.

Oh no! No no no no! Please dont collapse!! Please ple- i scream as it gave up no longer able to support my weight. I fell with a loud bang. Groaning, i rolled onto my back. Pain just flowing through me.

Damn you vent!! I mentally cursed.

"Tsk tsk," i heard his voice. My body tense as i slowly got up. "Such a naughty little mate you are," he says to me, his eyes shining bright yellow as he walks closer towards me. I began scooting back until my back hits the wall.

Fuck! Oh no!! Dammit wall! You traitor!

Noticing him getting closer, i close my eyes and pressed myself more against the wall.

This is it! Im dead! this is the end of Amelia Ann Winters, i say to myself.

Breathing heavily, i waited for the attack. But when nothing happened. I peeked through my lashes and saw no one there.

O-O.....are you kidding me?! Not that i want to die or anything but here i am literally about to shit myself from the fear that overwhelms me yet he's gone. Seriously---wait this is my chance!! Scrambling to me feet, i limp toward the only possible escape....the door. Duh duh duhhhhh!!! Opening it, i looked left then right. When i saw it was clear i sprinted out in the left direction. Not even getting that far all you hear is a scream call out to me, "Luna!! Hey! Wait!! Come back!!," I glance back and saw it was Anna. She was running super fast, rearing up behind me. She tackles me down and i whimper at the impact.

"Luna! Oh my gosh please forgive me! But you were running away and i tried to call you! Oh, are you alright??," she says all in one breath. I push her off and got to my feet ignoring the pain in my ankle. I glare at her and signed angrily to her, "STOP. CALLING. ME. LUNA!! Im Amelia! And i was running away cause who wouldnt when they just got kidnap?!, now just leave me alone! Gosh i just want to go home!" i finished. She looks at me with sad eyes that began to tear up.
"I-im so sorry," she chokes. "Please d-dont be mad at me," she says with a tear rolling down then right side of her cheek as she bows her head.
