Chapter three.

"Goodnight daddy"-Harvey

Justin’s POV

I spent the whole night tossing and turning thinking of what to say when I see my family again, both of them, I smiled to myself thinking about her amazing smile and her eyes that held that twinkle when she looked at me and of course her laugh, her infectious giggle she’d let out when my hands had found there where to her sides.  I had packed everything but my phone which was on charge I had already let my mum know I was coming home, I wonder if she told Lex.

“Dude” I looked to the door to see Chaz, I raised my eyebrows sitting up.

“We gotta get going bud, Lee won’t let us otherwise” He whispered into my box sized room.

“What the fuck you mean he won’t, are we sneaking out” I whisper shouted, by now he was sitting at the end of my shit bed.

“Not exactly but he said some shit like how we won’t see the end of this blah blah blah being his usual dick” Chaz rolled his eyes making me roll my eyes in return before grabbing my bag and slinging it over my shoulder.

“The fuck we waiting for” Ryan whispered from the door, I grabbed my phone and threw my charger into my bag taking my USB to charge it in the car, I picked up the other ruck sack filled with money before walking to the door and nodding to the boys.

We all tiptoed to the front door; I grimaced at the site of the drunken assholes lying on the sofa, Josh’s foot in Caleb’s face, but Lee? He was nowhere to be seen, not brain dead on the sofa like the rest of these morons. I looked back at the guys who eye brows were furrowed as well obviously is thinking the same.

We finally got to the front door and out, running to the black range rover which was of course mine, I took the Keys from Alfredo, unlocking it and all throwing the bags in the boot but Chaz, I looked at him expectantly.

“I need to use something as a fucking pillow” He said before shutting his door, I shrugged pouting my bottom lip before shutting the boot properly, I looked back to see Chaz with his ruck sack on this door, thankfully that has child lock so It wouldn’t open and he fell out.  Alfredo next to him, his face firmly planted into his arms, I shook my head before looking at a wide awake Ryan on his phone.

“The fuck you texting?” I asked as I indicated left down the road.

Ryan scoffed before answering “Candy crush dickhead” I looked at him as he growled and lost the round.

“What round you on?” I asked as I rubbed my left eye with a clenched fist, I didn’t care I was just bored and I needed something to keep me awake.

“143” He mumbled then whispered a yes before locking his phone and getting comfy.

“Shit man, we need to get you laid” I chuckled.

“Bullshit, I was fucking the chicks that you didn’t you’re a born again virgin man” He chuckled shaking his head. He was right, I lost my virginity to Lex at 16 and I am proud to say I have never slept with anyone but her and I never could, I tried trust me.

“Eh I don’t care mate” I shrugged.

“You excited man?” I looked at him confused.

“You know to see Alexis and your daughter or son” I smiled my insides warming up to the sound of that “Your daughter” “Your Son”.

“Yeah course, I don’t know what’s gunna happen with Lex though you know how stubborn she is” Everyone knew how stubborn Lex is, I ate her sour patch kid once and she didn’t speak to me for 2 days, I brought her 15 packs of sour patch kids and she was still angry.

“Damn straight man, she’s a woman that knows what she wants man” Ryan mumbled sleepily I just hummed him and let him go to sleep before i carried on driving into the pitch black night.

Alexis POV

I groaned holding my head, looking around to see the familiar walls of my bedroom I looked at the time shit its late, no I missed work. I flung myself out of my bed clutching my head as it throbbed and I got overly dizzy before walking down the stairs to the kitchen.

“Alright sorry again Dan, yeah she’s fine, alright bye” I heard the voice of my best friend I walked into the kitchen to see her facing away; I flicked the switch for the kettle to go on.

“Hey you ok?” She asked me in her baby voice, Olivia has this voice she uses when someone’s hurt we call it her baby voice because it’s so soft.

“Yeah just had a dodgy dream that you told me Justin was back” I laughed as I poured the hot water into the mug with the teabag and 3 sugars.

“That wasn’t a dream” Olivia said, making me burn myself with the steaming hot water coming from the kettle.

“Shit Lex” Olivia shouted running over to me grabbing my hand and putting it under the cold running tap. Liv looked at me as my eyes watered and I shook my head.

“You’re lying” My voice cracked. She shook her head and pulled me into her chest as my hand stayed under the tap.

“Momma, why are you crying?” A tug was felt on my Pyjama bottoms, I looked down to see my oh so beautiful son sucking his thumb, I knew he’d been crying because his eyes had gotten red around where he’d rub them.

“Why are you not asleep Mr” I asked my Wide awake little boy it was 9pm and he was still awake.

“Because mommy was sleeping and I didn’t want to sleep unless mommy took me to sleepies” I awed at his cuteness, Me and Harvey call bedtime, sleepies and press thumbs together to say I love you,it was just 'our' thing, made us different to the other little boys and mums.

“I’m sorry baby, let’s go to bed” He nodded putting his arms in the air with his fist clenched, I picked him up mouthing a one second over to Liv before taking Harvey to bed.

I watched as he walked over to his window and looked at the moon before whispering.

“Goodnight daddy” I closed my eyes tight to stop the tears, I looked as he blew a kiss to the moon.

I watched as he moved all his pillows around and got comfortable before speaking up.

“Harvey what was that?” My tone soft as his eyes were closed, his head facing the wall.

“Because gramma said that Daddy might be looking at the moon at the same time”.

No POV

And that was exactly what he was doing, Looking at the moon hoping Lex and his child where looking at it too.
