Yes! The day has finally arrived! But why so soon? I am going to miss the Kanto Region. 15-year-old Ash Ketcham's mind was filled with mixed emotion as he packs up his knapsack, looking around his empty room, ignoring the giant moving trucks outside of his room. Today was the day where he was going to move from Pallet Town to Lumiose City. He was going to be enrolled at Lumiose High, the high-school in Lumiose. Man, he was stoked.

Good. A new school. Serena Yvonne was done with Vanderville Valley Prep. The school was terrible. Everyone always expected her to do as well as her mother, just because she was famous for Rhyhorn Racing. (get good grades, don't be rude, do Rhyhorn Racing instead of regular sports, etc.) Because of this monstrosity, Serena spent hours upon hours researching good Schools nearby, and she had finally picked one: Lumiose High. This seemed to have everything, good reviews, great teachers, student equality, a cheap lunch program, almost anything you could think of, they had it. Yep, she was super excited for the new school year.
