Grounded (Poem)

Oh my, what a boring day.

I heave out a sigh as a sign of dismay

I put my hands under my jaw,

as I watch our cat sharpen its claw.

I look up the sky,

and saw a bird fly high.

My mouth form up a curve,

which is called a "smile".

I saw the bird enjoy it's freedom,

while i'm here slowly eaten by boredom.

I envy the bird

As I hear it chirp.

It flaps it's wings,

with different colors within.

It looked so beautiful,

but a thought flashed up and made me feel awful.

When will I be free?

When will I get to climb again those tree?

When will I see my friends again?

Will this things take long to happen again?

PS:

anyway, this dramatic person, is just grounded with certain reasons.

LOL !
