The avengers all stood in the living room with worry on their faces. Loki was pacing frantically trying to think straight. "Who could have taken him" Steve asks, breaking the silence.

"His step-dad maybe?" Bruce thought aloud.

"Impossible he's in jail"

"Actually" Tony said nervously. "He escaped 3 days ago. But I swear I didn't think he could do something this smart."

Loki walked over to Tony and was about to hit him when the elevator opened. Pepper came in with an open package, looking grim.

"This was just sent to the tower, I didn't know what it was so I watched it. You guys need to see this." The avengers nodded and Pepper looked over to Loki.

"I must advise you not to watch it" Loki's head snapped up and raw fury rolled off him in waves.

"If this video pertains my lover than I will watch it regardless of what you 'advise' me mortal" Pepper just nodded and put in the disk. The screen turned on to show a fat, ugly man. He grinned and ugly grin.

"I got your water freak, avengers. If You want him back your gonna have to pay a real pretty penny. Just hope he come back in one piece." Gabe set the camera on a stand and pointed it towards Percy.

"Holy heck!" Steve exclaimed. Percy was only wearing boxers and was shivering slightly. His back was covered with whip marks and his torso had bruises on it.

The avengers looked over to Loki and saw him shaking with rage. Thor embraced his brother and the video continued.

"Heres a little motivation to hurry." Gabe sauntered over to Percy and Percy curled into a ball.

"Please." Percy pleaded "Don't do this. Not with them watching. Please" Gabe ignored him and grabbed his hands. handcuffing them to a pole. He pulled Percy's boxers off and Percy cried out in shock. Gabe undressed himself and lined up at Percy's entrance.

Loki turned his head away.

"Please" Percy whimpered desperately. Gabe shoved in raw and Percy screamed.

"AAAAHHHHHHHHH!PLEEAASSEE! OH GODS STOP! PLEASE! STOP!" He kept thrusting into Percy and blood trickled down his thigh.

"LOOOKKIIII" Percy screamed.

Loki flinched and started shaking.

"PLEASE LOKI SAVE ME PLEASE! OH GOD IT HURTS!" Percy was sobbing into his arms as Gabe ejaculated. He pulled out and Un-cuffed Percy. Gabe gripped Percy's hair and pulled his face up to the camera.

"Beg your friends to save you." Percy looked at the camera and whimpered. "Please. Don't let Loki see this. Don't ever let him see this. Tell him I lov-"

Loki started crying and Thor rushed to comfort his baby brother.

Gabe threw Percy down and his body hit the floor with a thud. Gabe dressed himself quickly and began kicking Percy. He stomped over to the whip on the wall and grabbed It, stomping back over to Percy.

The crack of the whip echoed in the room. When Percy stayed silent Gabe frowned. He began whipping Percy harder trying to get a sound. "This is what you deserve freak. Im gonna make you wish you were dead." He continued the torture for a few more minutes before waddling over to the camera shutting it off.

Loki fell to the ground sobbing. Thor was rubbing his back trying to calm him down. Natasha raced over to a computer and started typing at impossible speed. "The video came from an abandoned warehouse in lower New York" she said.

Steve looked at his comrades and said "Avengers suit up" After they were 'in uniform' they all got in a helicopter, except for Tony and Thor who flew, and headed towards the location. Loki teleported and arrived before anyone else.

He entered the abandoned building, feeling nothing but dread and hope his baby was there. 'I miss you so much Loki' Percy said through the link. He sounded weak. 'I'm going save you' Loki said, frantically looking through the building 'just wait a little longer baby, I'm coming'

Loki could practically hear Percy he was so close. 'I love yo-' Loki burst into the room and caught Percy before he fell.

He held Percy shaking with rage and sadness. The rest of his team arrived and found Gabe hiding in a dumpster behind a building (like the trash he was)

Loki traveled back with them and gave up his lover to Bruce, who instantly started working on Percy.
Bruce managed to get Percy stable and left to hopefull get some sleep. Loki stayed by Percy's side and held his hand

"You need to rest brother" Thor said looking concerned. "I'll sleep when Percy awakes" Loki said with hard eyes. "Percy" Thor talked slowly "Would not want to wake to his lover suffering"

Loki seemed to ponder this then nodded his head "I'll sleep" Thor smiled faintly and prayed to the all father that Percy would be ok.
