I had a dream I was dead and no one noticed or cared. There was no sorrow or mourning. Seeing everyone carry on the same way they always did burned a hole in my chest. My heart, I could feel it burning and crumbling to pieces.

"Italy! Aufsten faul!" Germany yelled telling me to wake up even though I'd rather then not.

Hearing my name being called by a somewhat irritated Germany. Oh well, I slipped out of the bed and got dressed. I decided to stand In front of the mirror, under my normally hazel eyes were dark rings from endless nights of restless, nightmare filled nights. this is the third week in a row.

"Italy! Aufsten faul! don't make me come up there!" He yelled once again.

"Coming!" I responded trying to hide the sadness in my voice

I really didn't want to but it was time to face the day. I placed a hand over my heart and gripped the fabric of my shirt. For a few minutes I stared at myself

"You don't matter remember?" a voice called out to me.

"Maybe that's true" I responded silently
