[Kubo and Sach take a break from paddling after traversing through the northern part of the river. They rest their paddles and hands on the rims of their orange kayak.]
Kubo: Sachairi... it... it looks beautiful! It reminds me of where we speak to those who've passed on and send them back to the spirit world.
Sachairi: This doesn't even top where you live, but it is beautiful, isn't it?
[Kubo nods.]
Sachairi: Keep going! I wanna see the rest of this river. I wonder if we'll ever get to see the rapids...
[They resume paddling, with smiles on their faces and amazement in their eyes.]
This one took nearly a month to work on! It was inspired by this kayaking trip in Kissimmee my family and I were on during Spring Break. A lot of the sights I saw while we were at Shingle Creek, and the experience itself, became the basis for this sketch.
