"Babe, can you help me put my shoes on?" I asked grunting lowly while attempting to put my right leg over my left knee to put my shoe on.
Chris trotted down the steps, glancing at me and we locked eyes. He smiled walking towards me while shaking his head softly. He pushes my right leg down and slides my sandals onto my feet easily.
"Your the best." I shifted his cap, straightening it gripping his chin, and smashing our lips together. I pull away quickly and stand up.
"You ready thicky, thicky?" He asked me while grabbing his phone and key.
"Babe, you know i hate that shit."
"And i love it, come on momma just called me." Chris said while reaching for my hand, as we walked out the door to the baby shower.
At the baby shower
I chuckled as I seen Chris and Royalty dancing to the upbeat song playing from my playlist.
I waddled over to my mom and a few other guests like Joyce and Teyana and more family. My mother glanced at me as I sat down next to her.
"You ready for the presents?" She asked while taking a sip of her drink.
"No ma, I think we are about to do the gender reveal first, so I'm gonna go have somebody wheel out the cake." I said to her while she nodded in agreement.
I stood up and walked towards Chris as he danced the two step with Royalty in a fits of giggles with each other. She looked up at me and stopped dancing and came up and started whispering to my belly bump.
I giggled softly as she did that, Chris quickly looked down at her and he shook his head, and chuckled. "Ro, you want a little brother?" He said while slightly tugging at his goatee.
She shook her head saying "i want a sister, so we can play with my barbies." Chris smiled before saying "you can play barbies with daddy." She looked up and shook her head, "no daddy, you always fall asleep while we play." while walking away.
"I'm getting old as a muthafucka cause normally i stay up with her." He sighed and shook his head while wrapping his arm around my waist.
"Sure are old man, no but you be tired babe you work hard." He glared at me while i said those things to him.
"You ready for the cakes?"
"Yeah, you just get Mijo or Tyga or one of my cousin's to help you wheel it out so it can be quicker." He nodded and placed a kiss on my forehead.
Once Chris and Tyga brought out the cake, It immediately got everyone's attention making everyone go silent.
I grabbed the microphone, and made sure it was on.
"So I see that everyone has made they decisions on what team y'all on. I see most of y'all want a boy, I see." As I said that everyone hooped and hollered making me giggle.
"Then we gone open presents after the reveal, the reveal is shown when we cut the cake, sound cool?" Everyone nods. Once everyone gets there camera's ready and some stood up, Chris and I hold the knife.
"Y'all ready!" Chris screams out at everybody.
Chris smiles and grips my hand tighter. Chris and I cut it open and notice that it is blue inside the cake. My eyes widen and Chris laughs loudly. I hear my mom yelp loudly. Mijo and all of Chris's boys scream "Let's go!" I immediately drop the knife and Chris lifts me up in excitement.
"I can't believe this shit!" Chris screams and jumps to hug our parents in happiness as I start to cry.
"Awwe, baby don't cry." My dad says while hugging me tightly. I lay my head on his arm and cry happily. I see Chris standing there with his friends and he looks ecstatic, he looks like the happiest man alive, he looks shocked as he is smiling and laughing and dapping up with them all.
"Congratulations, brother. You thought my neice is spoiled, shit he gone be that nigga at five!" Mijo yelled out loudly running over to us and hugging Chris tightly.
"I know it's surreal." Chris said happily. I walked up to Chris whispering something in his ear, his eyes widen a little and then he smile goes from ear to ear.
We both walk silently to the table where the cake stands and suddenly another smaller cake rolls out, making everyone look puzzled and become quiet again.
Chris grabs the microphone, and rubs his goatee. He clears his throat, "now, we wasn't gone tell y'all but eventually we had too, so- you know what I'm just gone shut up. Cut the cake babe!"
I hear Sage say "what's wrong the cake nasty?" before I even cut the cake. I cut the cake and you suddenly see pink in the cake.
I grab the microphone, "we having twins y'all!" I smile and squeal while chris hugs me tightly and I feel him shaking a bit, I pull away and tears flow down his face.
"Aww, my baby he is so happy." I wiped his face softly as his eyes puffed up and his freckled face slightly turned red.
One of my uncles screamed, "oh! y'all it's on now! I was wondering why yo belly looked like Beyoncé's when she had twins."
I laughed, as he hugged me tightly as i turned back to chris as he cried.
"I'm overwhelmed in joy right now babe, I've had a great year." he said while rubbing his eyes with his hoodie.
"I know babe, I know."
Our backs were faced towards everyone until we turned around and noticed everyone going buck wild. You seen Ro-Ro jumping up and down with Sage, our mothers crying in each other's arms.
We laughed together as we sat and small talked. "I love you babe, we are officially like parents and full grown into great adults."
"I love you more." Chris said while rubbing my stomach. I turned around grabbing the microphone of the table.
"Ready for the presents?"
