Their grins were sickening, nothing at all like the angels she grew up with. These guys were demons.
"Of course!"
"That's right, Sabo."
Sabo smiled, his innocent little mind oblivious to the path set before him, "Okay! I'll do my best!"
She clicked her tongue in annoyance, Those nobles are the worst...

"What did you say?! One of the vessels sunk?!" Outlook II screeched into the Transponder Snail, slamming his fists onto the desk, "I don't care how many lives have been lost! What will happen to all the money I invested?!"
The guy on the receiving end of the noble hung up. Outlook cried out in anger, the books on his table on the verge of falling, "Hello? Hello?! Damn it!"
"This is a huge loss," he muttered under his breath. The door clicked and opened. Sabo came in wearing a smile on his face, "Dad! Look at this! I drew it!"
Saeko's heart melted at the drawing. The innocent scribbles of an innocent child. Sometimes, she just wished she could go back to those good old days.
Outlook took one look at the drawing and crumpled it, tearing it apart like it was nothing, "I'm tired from work, Sabo. If you have time to draw a picture like this, then do some more studying in your room!"
The tips of Saeko's horn peaked through her brown locks, eye already turning red. Those damn nobles think they can get away with everything! How she wished she could just kill him right there and now. Calm down, Koko, Koe whispered, You can't change the past. Doesn't stop me from wanting to kill him, Saeko growled. Sabo's heartbroken face only made her hair turn red like her bloodlust.
Sabo took a walk after that. Walking down the streets of High Town--or whatever the town was called if it even was one, he couldn't bare to look at the other nobles. Or at least, that was Saeko thought.
"Hey, you!" Someone called out to Sabo. Sabo looked up. Another prim-and-proper "son", "I'm a child of the royal family, that means I'm related to the king! Carry me home on your back!"
Saeko sighed, Meeting someone new and the first thing they do is state their status.
Sabo looked down again and walked past him.
The royal son looked at him in shock, "Wait, you insolent filth!" Sabo didn't listen. He grabbed Sabo by the shoulder and turned him to face him, shouting in his ear, "Hey! Are you ignoring an order from royalty?!"
That bastard, Saeko growled, a deathly aura around her.
"What are you doing?!" Sabo cried, using his elbow to push him away. Sabo stood strong, hands clenched. He glared before walking away.
Silver glinted in the sunlight, a dagger hidden under his jacket, "You're just the son of a mere noble. I'll teach you a lesson!" Sabo's eyes widened when he saw the dagger coming, "Stop that!"
The tip of her wings started to peak out from her back, her tail curling around her, That damn noble! Daggers are not made for harming the innocent! A hand clamped onto her shoulder, she looked up and saw Ace shaking his head. Saeko sighed and calmed down all the way whispering to herself, "I can't do anything now, I can't do anything now..." It's hard not to do anything...
