CHAPTER 8

RECAP

Chang brought a girl into their mansion. They both did unpleasant scene in front of Zara and makes loud noises inside his room. So, Zara went and got a new room which is the farthest away from his room. The next day Zara received two good news from Yeong and Micheal. When Zara got back home, Chang was laying on her bed and he made her give her phone to him.

Zara woke up from bed and got ready for the day.

'I miss my parents. I should go and visit them today.'

Zara thought to herself.

Zara walk down to stairs into the kitchen to cook for Chang.

"Do he even want to eat? Should I cook for him?" Zara ask herself.

"I'm human too. I also gets hungry. Be a good wife and cook breakfast for me." A sleepy, husky voice came from behind her.

Zara quickly turn around in shock to see Chang in his sweatpants, loose black shirt, and his messy bed hair.

"You almost give me a heart attack!"

"I want food on the dinning table when I get back from the shower." Chang said coldly and went back up stairs to shower.

"That jerk."

Zara turn back and start cooking him breakfast.

After she finished cooking, she gently place the food on the table. She took off the apron and went to go get her purse, keys, and shoes.

Zara drove off to her parents' house. Once she got there, she quickly rush inside to see her parents in the living room chit-chatting.

"Can I join the conversation too?" Zara ask, smiling.

Both her parents turn to her and smile widely.

"Oh my little Zi." Zara's mom jump up and went to give her a big hug. "I miss you so much."

"I miss you too, Ma." Zara turn to look at herdad who is standing there smiling. "I miss you too, Pa."

"I miss you too my little princess."

Zara's mom break the hug.

"Where is Chang? Why isn't he with you?"

"Ohh, he's busy. I didn't want to bother him too much." Zara lied.

'Sorry Ma and Pa. I don't want you two to know. Not now.' Zara think to herself.

"Oh..."

Zara stay at her parents house for a couple hours before going out to her car to go back to the mansion.

*Ring*

*Ring*

Zara grab her phone and answer who ever was calling her.

"Hello~"

"Where are you? Didn't I tell you to always inform me first before you leave the house!" A voice yelled from the other line.

"Who are you?"

Zara look confused.

"How can you forget your own husband's voice?! Zara I want you home right this minute!"

"Yah-"

Before Zara could finish talking, Chang has already hang up on the phone.

"Aish this jerk never let me finish talking."
