It's been a stressful day for Suhana because she had to work extra hours.
Walking into Nawfal's room she found him asleep,she switched off the lights.
Walked back to the kitchen to get something to eat but she finds her mother already cooking.
"Welcome"Saeeda said with a soft smile then she turned the freshly sliced onions inside the pot
"Thank you,ma"Suhana said with a smile sitting on a stool by the counter
Saeeda studied her daughter,she looked tired and lonely
As much as she wants to wear a mask on how she doesn't need a man
Saeed knows she does atleast he will be here to love her the right way on her tired days.
"How was work?"Saeeda asked then she carried the pot off the cooker and dished the spaghetti on a plate
"Stressful"Suhana replied ,Saeeda keeps the plate infront of her with a cup of water
"Thank you,ma.there's nothing in this world i can do without you"Suhana said then she starts eating like she was starved for months
"A proposal came,the senator's fifth born"Saeeda said softly.
Suhana dropped her spoon and she kept quiet.
"Why don't you forget the past and move on dear.i want to see my grandchildren"Saeeda reasoned caressing Suhana's cheek
"Nawfal is enough for you"Suhana said sadly
"You are one stubborn child"Saeeda said sadly as she walked away from the kitchen
