"Helena, i thought Cancer didin't whant to you to use that gun anymore." Venom said timidly as she whatched Helena steadily hold her gun, which was pointing at a tree carefully.

The bitterly cold breeze stong Helena like a knife, making her usually pale face turn a slight rosey pink. Fall was coming apon them and the weather was nasty and wet like most times around the small town durring this season. The air was feirce and soggy with a sence of rain that was to come apon them and a heavy fog clung to the ground below their feet.

"Well, this is important, Venom. I am practicing to help Cancer and the Dead." Helena explained, clutching the gun tightly in her grip.

"But Cancer said he didin't whant you helping." Venom pressed, tapping her long finger-nailed fingers against an arm-rest on her wheel-chair.

"I never said i was going to listen to him...." Helena said, a smirk playing on her face. She pulled the trigger on the gun and rattled some bullets against the oak in front of her -- studying the holes it left afterwards.

Helena nodded in aproval and slipped her gun into her pockets, turning to face Venom "Besides, we is too busy to find out today. He has that meeting of his.".

She lifted up her arm and glanced at her whatch "Hell, he should be done by now. Let's go back, Venom.".

Helena walked over to Venom and pushed her back over to their appartment. Helena entered the house -- coming into living room "Cancer we're home." She called out, placing the gun on a canister and turned to to couch where she found Cancer.

It had become apperent that most of the Dead and Parades had left -- though Helena had found Cancer lying pressed against Helena's living room couch, seemingly pinned by some pale faced Dead lady with a toothy grin spread across her face.

Helena stood in her spot frozen, staring at them for a very long time untill Cancer pushed the girl off and got to his feet, un-ruffling his costume "Helena.... this is DEFFINATLY not what it looks like..." He told her, his light eyes now whide in shock like a deer caugt in the headlights.

Blood pounded heavily to Helena's ears, turning beat red in anger. Venom whimpered in fear as she saw her new fond friend quickly turn her heal and vigerously make her way to the kitchen. Helena jammed through several different cupboards, frantically looking through the contents of them.

"Damn it... DAMN IT! Where the hell did i put it??!!" Helena muttered furiciously as she threw several things like silverwear and napkins -- allowing them to hit the floor in loud clusters.

Finally, Helena reentered the living room, a kitchen knife in her right hand.

"Helena -- NO!" Cancer began as Helena charged to the Dead girl, the knife raised threateningly.

Cancer grabbed her arm before she could move it. He spoke to her in a shaky, scared voice "Please, Helena... no...."

Helena's bangs were hung like a veil over her eyes, concleaing the feeling showing in her eyes. She dropped the knife and it clattered on the ground loudly. Helena shook her head slowly and walked to the door, and left -- slamming the door behind her.

"Helena..." A familliar whispery voice sounded from above Helena as she sat under a tree in the park she saw Cancer at again. She looked above her head and spotted -- to no suprise -- her Gaurdians; a dark colored blackwidow spide and a fuzzy catapillar.

"Go away..." Helena grumbled, covering her ears from whatever they were to say.

"What's wrong?" the catapillar asked, crawlling down from a leaf and landing beside on her sholder, tilting his head slightly.

"Nothing." Helena responded icely, narrowing her eyes at the small insect.

"It's Cancer isin't it?" The spider pressed, hanging down from a web.

"Why ask?? You're frickin whatching me all the time time!" Helena grumbled bitterly.

"Listen, sweetie.... we know you like Cancer alot..." The spider continued on, concern hanging in her voice.

"What the hell gives you that idea??" Helena snapped, folding her arms into a cross "Did i ever say that? No. Me and Cancer are friends.". And can never be anything more... Helena added in her mind, her heart sinking into a deep well of sorrow.

"We know you've had a crush on him since you were 3, Helena. Listen, if he is going to pass down a chance with you, he must be utterly dumb." The catapiller told her.

"Have you told him you like him?" The spider pressed,

"Hell no." Helena said, shuddering at the meer thought.

"WHAT??" The two Gaurdians said in unisone, their tiny bug-like eyes whidening.

"Why not??"

"Because i am too afriad.. OKAY??" Helena snarled, covering her face in her hands defeatedly.

"If you keep passing down the opertunity... you won't get anywere, Helena."

A new voice had chimed in. Helena lifted her head and looked up at Halos, she was looking down at her, her eyes holding no emotion.

Helena didin't responde, continuing to stare at her.

":If i was tyou, i'd tell him." Halos added, turning around and walking away.

The gentle fall breeze blew hard and left a few dead leaves float around acorss the ground, Just above her, the moon shone proudly and lit the ground below her. Settling a small pile of leafs, she sat down on them and rested her head on a rock -- letting the sounds of the night lull her to sleep.
