                                                                     Sparkles

Glittering speck, igniting a colorful flame;

cascading down in a could in resemblance of a rainbow.

She watches them fall;

I watch her intently, intrigued.

People around many mistake me for a stalker;

but I can't help but shiver at the shining glimmer in her eyes.

The sparkly substance is a mere aspect;

but her eyes, utter perfection.

The beauty of the whole predicament makes me uneasy;

I feel as if I'm being delusional.

People begin to block my vision of her;

I scowl unhappily and feel my anger rising.

Then, in my fit of fury, a light tap on my shoulder;

I am met with the eyes of my crush, the sparkly green bowls;

boring into me. Seeing me, for what feels like the first time.
