So the AU is demons have sorta taken over, so it's kinda like a zombie apocalypse except with demons. Ps, it's extremely inspired by the video above SIAMÉS The Wolf.

The world was dark, the streets were empty. The world population took a turn, going from 7.5 billion people, to only about 5 million, maybe less.

America got some of the worst of it. Everyone was fighting, even killing each other before the demons could. Everything was in terror, and it all went to shit. The government wanted everyone to keep doing their jobs, even though everyone was dying. It stayed like this until the government crumbled too.

Demons flooded the streets now. You could barely go anywhere without running into the terrifying, black, wolf like creatures. They were fast, they were frightening, and they'd killed the majority of the population.

"There's nowhere to go, you can't just leave!" Adam's roommate cried to him.

"Quiet your voice, they're going to hear you-"

"No! I don't know where you think you're going but there's no where to go!" His roommate shouted, trying to reason. There were three of them, and Adam was the strongest. The only reason they stayed together was because they needed protection.

Adam shook his head. "Anywhere is better than here." He mumbled, and slammed the door behind him. He had to go quick, they already probably signalled a lot of noise.

He hopped on his motorbike, starting the engine and speeding of, hearing his roommates' distant pleas behind him.

When the demons came he thought he was going crazy. He thought this could all just be a dream until it became too real.

Adam carried on, reaching the abandoned highway that used to be packed with traffic, now empty and life-ridden.

Adam looked behind him to see a demon running towards him in the distance, its glowing eyes filling his soul with dread.

He sped up, not wanting to deal with one of those right now. It sped up too, chasing him down like he would be its next meal.

He came across a few overpasses, a few broken down cars probably belonging to victims of the demons.

He raced along, entering a long, dark tunnel, and looking behind him to see the demon right behind him now, catching up to speed. Adam slammed on the gas petal, the motorbike barely going any faster than it already was.

Adam reached outside of the tunnel, the natural light blinding his eyes, and the demon slowed down. He looked to see movement on the mountain slope. The slope led to a higher part of the city, so maybe something was just decaying and falling down.

But it wasn't that.

A person looked to be trying to escape a demon too, so his first instinct was to off road and go to their rescue. Before doing so, he looked behind him to see more of the demons were chasing him, and they'd certainly devour the figure already almost failing to escape one.

His bike leapt off a slope on the hillside. He reached out his arm for the person to grab, which they did, flinging themselves onto the bike behind Adam, almost stumbling and not making it.

"Th-thank you." They said, almost shouting because of the noise the motorbike was making.

"No problem." He replied, feeling their hands wrap around him, clinging on so they didn't fly off. "I'm Adam."

"I-I'm Ross." They replied, clinging tighter to Adam when they returned to the normal road. Ross buried his face into the crook of Adam's neck, like he was trying to hide from the horror around them.

"What were you doing on that hillside?" Adam asked, peeking behind him to see the pack of demons not far behind.

"One of those thing was chasing me, I think another one got my friend-- but I didn't know where to go." Ross stuttered. He looked to be much younger than him, innocence being the first word to pop into Adam's head. His face was less scruffy and his eyes a perfect shade of light blue.

Adam didn't have much time to get caught up in Ross' face, he had to pay attention.

"A-Adam, I think there's someone up ahead." Ross warned, and Adam too spotted a vehicle ahead. It looked like it was started, and there were two smaller figures beside it.

"I can't slow down-- the gas petal is jammed!" Adam shouted. He spotted a demon looming over a man beside the car, and knew exactly what to do.

"Ross, hold on." Adam growled. The smaller boy instinctively latched on tighter around Adam, but his body began to shiver.

"Wh--" Before Ross could finish Adam let go of the motorbike handles, the bike flinging at full speed and hitting the car in front, creating an explosion, sending the other man flying right near where Adam and Ross landed.

Ross and Adam had gotten torn apart when airborne, the taller man landing a few inches away from Ross.

The other man hoisted himself up, taking no impact because he was not one to jump from a full speed motorbike. His face was ashy from the explosion, and his knees were probably a little scraped.

As for the other two, Ross was still on the ground, a shivering mess and blood surrounding his legs. Adam had started to pull himself up, with a bloody nose and a twisted wrist.

"A-are you two okay?" The man asked, in utter shock and confusion.

"I--" Adam looked down concerned at Ross. "...I'm not sure."

The two helped Ross to his feet, unable to stand. His right leg looked broken, but was probably just dislocated, blood from the impact splattered over the ground and dripping down his leg. "I-I'll be fine." He choked, whipping away the tears from pain and shock.

The other man froze when he saw the pack of demons coming closer, starting to slow down. The bike was gone, the car was gone, all there was left was a river under the over pass to escape to.

"We're gonna need to jump." The man whispered, backing away slowly from where the demons were going from.

Adam nodded, letting Ross cling around him once more so he could stay up.

"You go first." Adam said to the man. He nodded, backing away. He inhaled, and exhaled, and soon there was no ground beneath him.
