"oi luke! you coming to practice tonight?" calum questioned.
"obviously. see you later shit head!" luke said as he headed back down the hall.luke lightly cringed at the word he had said. he was never fond of cursing, but everyone else did and that meant luke did too.
everyone got along with luke. he had plenty of friends at school and girls swooned at the sight of him. luke never paid much attention to girls though. he'd never found a girl he was truly attracted to. which was odd for being a sixteen year old boy. i mean sure girls at his school were pretty, but he never had that connection with a girl.
luke's popularity had always been important to him. he never wanted to be one of the kids that stood out. he kept his head down and did what everyone else did.
for example, his mates loved football. which meant he did too. he was actually pretty great at it too. which made his popularity grow even more. everyone knew him as the cute football star.
but no one knew luke completely. his life wasn't perfect like everyone thought. i mean sure, at school everyone loved him. but at home, not so much.
luke never knew his mother and his father was a plain drunk.ever since his mother left when luke was just two months old, his fathers drinking habits spiraled out of control & he spent most nights cursing at luke and his brothers. but luke paid no attention, he ignored his father and continued his charade of the schools dream boy at school.
i'm bored so i'm writing a bunch tonight. okay? okay.
