Alex pov
I look at them with a raised an eyebrow "this can't be my dad... you told me he was dead.." i said
"dead!?" he shouted looking towards my mom, she nodded "yeah, i told her you were dead toby.. guess she knows the truth that you're not" she smile cutely at him.
i growled loudly "ok what-" i was shut by my so call "dad" "alex, i am here to hang out with you" he said camly and walk to me and smiled. i just stare into his dark eye. I heard my mom groan and walk away,he grabbed my hand and out we went.
I was looking down still thinking how could... why would he leave..
we got in the car he turn on the car and put his music up loudly, I glare at him then look away not saying a word we drove off.slients.
my dad stop by a pizzeria I look at the front as I open the door and closed it harshly "damm." i heard him softly, i turn to him than walk away going inside, he follows. Once we got there i look around the place. So much screaming, crying, arguments, and yelling from a pizza place. Toby saw a table and smiled "come on kiddo i found a spot" he said softly. I shook my head
"i wanna go home"
"we just got here alex, go have some fun your a child who have to have fun!"
"i am a child.but i don't like to have fun anymore... it disgusted me now."
he look at me knowing what to say "than,would you like to seat with me?"
i nodded and walk to the table kand sat down he did as well and sat next to smilling, i cringe "don't smile" i said as a witrssted came up to us. he smiled happpliy and look at toby smilling more, i notice but toby didn't.
"why hello, my name is doll, now what can i get you sir"
"what a cute name for a girl, i will have one full pizza with just cheese please and may i have a cup of water dolly~" toby said winking at her with a shitless smirk.
she blushed and smiled "alright and what about you little girl?" she askd me
"just water" i said looking away.
she nodded and walked off.
"trying to flirt i sea" i wink when i did a pun

"bullshit" i chuckle
she came back with our water and give him a note, he look at jit and smiled, i look quickly, toby got doll number.
i simply look away and sip my water.
"how was school?" he asked
"none of your bunissen"
"it is Alex"
"fine it was hell there happy?" i snap
he flinches and look at me "you know if you keep on cussing like that you will have an ugly life" he warned.
i smile "but i already have one" i sang soflty.
"why are you acting like this? did i do something wrong to you? did i broke your heart?" he asked more questions
i glance at him "you ask so many" i said soflty and sip more but faster. Toby sigh "you act like your mom"
"how?" i asked
"she was like you.. but more nicer than you. never cussed like you. What happened to you"
"you" i said as i got up and walk away from him.
