Chapter five

Btw I updated chapter four earlier today so if you didn't read the updated version this chapter is gonna make very little sense.

Stone Gossard

I wake up with someone's strong arms wrapped around my body and have a semi freakout. And then I remember what happened last night and my heart flutters with happiness.

It was perfect last night, talking and then eventually cuddling with him. It just seems like a dream. I try not to move so I don't wake him but he shifts anyways. His stunning blue eyes flutter open and he locks them in with mine, and my heart nearly melts.

"Hey there", he says softly.

"Hi", I say and curl up into his arms even more. It's weird, how yesterday we were so awkward when it came to acknowledging our kisses and now we're laying in the couch snuggled up to each other like it's perfectly normal. But I don't mind it at all.

After a little bit I remember I have to get to rehearsal soon. "Shit", I mumble and roll off the couch.

"What?" He asks.

"I have a rehearsal to go to in twenty minutes." When I tell him this his face gets a little sadder. "I'm only going to be out for 45 minutes, it's a short one", I add and then his face brightens a little bit.

"Okay."

I go into my room and change, brush my teeth, put my hair into this half ponytail kind of thing and grab my electric guitar. "See ya", I yell to Eddie as I walk out the door.

"Have you guys fucked yet?" Jeff asks. Oh my fucking god, he's just relentless sometimes.

"Ugh, I shouldn't have told you guys about him yet", I say.

"You didn't answer my question", he says.

I roll my eyes. "No Jeff, I met him like three days ago, we haven't fucked yet."

"Damn", he whines. "That would've made things much more exciting." I glance over and see Greg and Bruce just sitting on the couch, entertained by me and Jeff's conversation.

"Fuck you guys", I say to them and before they can say anything back Andy comes into the garage we're rehearsing in.

"Got a gig", he announces. We all cheer and agree to meet once before the show in three days.

I walk out and before I can get in my car Jeff whispers in my ear "you guys should fuck" and runs away with a grin on his face. Why did I have to tell them about Eddie? Maybe we should though....

I go in through the door and see Eddie still on the couch asleep. He rolls over a little bit and opens little slits in his eyes. "Hey, how was rehearsal?" He asks. I think back to the things that Jeff said and uncontrollably start laughing.

"It was", I pause to laugh,"good."

"Something funny?" He asks with a smirk.

I'm definitely not going to tell him what Jeff said. "Yeah, it's nothing." His face looks skeptical but he doesn't push it. And then I remember that yesterday Eddie said something about a secret date that we going on.

"Hey, is that whole surprise date thing you were talking about yesterday tonight?"

"Yeah", he says, a grin creeping into his face.
