You awoke to the sound of snoring.
You were still on the comfy chair, though you kinda wished that Ganz had brought you back to your room.
You open your eyes to see Ganz lying on the ground next to you, sleeping. You giggle a little.
The lights (which were off) suddenly turn on, causing you to wince from the sudden light. Toriel walks over, plants a kiss on your forehead, and softly picks up Ganz. [I mean, he is a skeleton. He must be pretty light] "How are you feeling, my child?" You try to move your head. Better. You try to speak. "B-better." Still a little sore, but a lot better. Toriel smiles. "Oh, wonderful! I came back to see both you and Ganz fast asleep. I put some ice under your neck, and I have some medicine prepared for you. I see the ice has had a good effect." She then tells you that she will be back, then she goes to the hallway where yours and Toriel's rooms are. Soon, she comes back without Ganz. She walks over to you, and gently takes your hands.
"How about we see if you can walk?" You excitedly nod. Toriel then helps you up. Your feet are sore, and a little wobbly, but after Toriel helps you balance and walk a little, your feet and legs are no longer wobbly, just sore. You smile widely and giggle as you continue to walk. You and Toriel begin to dance a little, both of you happily laughing. "On three, I'm going to let go of your hands, okay?" You nod excitedly. "1..... 2..... 3!" Toriel let's go of your hands, and you stand there for a few seconds, amazed, then you get a little dizzy, and fall backwards. A blue haze suddenly surrounds you, and your softly put on the ground. Toriel rushed to you. "My child, are you hurt?" You shake your head, laughing. Your throat was no longer sore, so laughing didnt hurt anymore. "I'm good! Still hav'ta get used to it, I guess." You gasp at your clear communication. Toriel seems happy, too, but still worried that your hurt, so she checks anyways.
You then wonder where the blue haze came from. You look towards the hallway, but no one is there. You look around the room. No one but you and Toriel are in the room. You decide to not worry about it.Ganz's POV
I wake up in Tori's room. She must have brought me in here. I look around and I don't see the kid. They must be with Tori.
I sleepily get out of the comfy bed, and walk out of the room. As soon as I open the door, I hear laughter and giggles. Curiously, I walk down the hall and towards the living room. I stop before I enter. I look around the corner and see the kid and Tori dancing. They're smiling and laughing.
"On three, I'm going to let go." I hear Tori say.
I bet the kid will fall. You should let them fall and get hurt. It'll be funny.
I turn to my side to see Melancholy me. "I'm not going to do that." I whispered, anger clear in my voice. Melancholy scoffed.
Fine. But it would still be funny.
I rolled my pupils at him, then turned back just in time to see the kid standing with an amazed look on their face.
Then they fell backwards, looking dizzy.
I quickly used my magic to put a blue haze around them, softly putting them on the ground. Tori rushed to them, asking if they were okay. The kid looked in my direction, and I quickly teleported back to Tori's room. At least the kid didn't get hurt. They seem to be recovering fine, and quickly. I sit down on the bed, then let myself fall on the bed, and fell asleep.Your POV
You were exploring the Ruins with Toriel. She was showing you how the puzzles work. You were getting the hang of it. It was pretty fun!
You were on the spike puzzle. Toriel showed you the pathway. First she led the way, then she let you lead the way, telling you when you were about to go in the wrong direction.
"You are learning fast, my child." Toriel said, smiling down at you. She had her hand on your shoulder to help you balance. Every now-and-then, she would let go of you and you would try walking on your own. By the time you got back to the cute little house, you were able to walk on your own. You wouldn't try running right now.
You entered the house with a huge smile on your face. Exploring the Ruins is so fun! Especially when you can finally walk again! You walk into the living room to sit by the fire (the warmth was very pleasant) and spot Ganz walking out of the kitchen with a slice of the butterscotch cinnamon pie on a pretty white plate. He smiles when he sees you.
"So, kid, you can walk now?" You happily nod. "Can you speak?" Ganz asks curiously. You giggle. "Yup! My throat is a lot better, and I can finally walk again! I'm not sure if I can run... I haven't tried it yet." Ganz's smile turns into a grin.
"Well, now that you can walk..." Ganz begins, as Toriel goes and gets out a book and glasses, then sits in her chair. "How about you tell us your name? We never got it."
"O-oh! M-My name is (Y/N)!"
Toriel looks at you with a warm smile.
"(Y/N)? That's a beautiful name."
"Th-thank you.." You blush a little from the compliment.
"Y-yeah. Beautiful name." You hear Ganz quiet say. You look to see him blushing.
"Why is he blushing....?"
