Chapter2 "dissapointment" ( 2 months later)
I don't understand why school is soooo important , I hate it , with a passion as I slug down the hallway to first period, science.
"Alright clas- , um Danielle, you're late, do you have a tardy slip?" she said with disappointment.
"Yea...i do... sorry Ms.Blue... I won't be late again" I murmured.
"Ok class let's begin open up your text books to chapter 8-3"
Shit where's my notebook, I think it fell out of my backpack when I was running!
"Um Ms.Blue I think my notebook fell out of my backpack can I go check outside?"
"Yes but make it quick"
I ran out the class and I see my notebook down the hall but before I got there I seen the security guard he was very muscular and how his dark brown eyes made him even more scary.
"Hey come here!" he shouted at me with anger.
"Yes"
"Where's your hall pass?"
Shit I forgot to grab my hall pass.
"Well..um..I forgot it..."
"You know the rules go to the principals office! immediately!"
The security escorted me to the principals office, the principals office is the worst place to be.
"Oh no Ms.Blues class" I said to myself.
It's been 15 minuets Waiting for the principle, I can smell the excessive amount of Axe body spray of the trouble makers of the school, but I'm no trouble maker why am here?
Finally the principle came and I knew he looked disappointed.
"Danielle why are you here? you're such a good student?"
"I forgot my hall pass" I said looking down.
"Why were you out of class young lady?"
"My science notebook fell out my backpack when I was going to class and I went to go get it"
"Ok I see you were in rush it's ok it happens to all of us, now go back to class"
"Ok thank you so much"
"No problem just make sure to grab a hall pass"
That went better than I thought. I better get back to-- shit it's already second period Ms.Blue probably hates me.
I hate second period but atleast my friends Tyler and Kayla are In here with me . ugh I can already see them flirting,why don't they just date already. I always thought Tyler was pretty cute with his sparkling green eyes and he was really muscular he could probably pick up both me and Kayla , but I'd never date him, he's not my type. Kayla on the other hand is the biggest flirt in the school with her long wavy hair, I don't know what guys see in her.
"Good morning class my name is Mr.Peck and I'm going to be your substitute for the day, your teachers out sick today."
" Bro we have a sub! let's switch names" some kid said across the room.
"Aye Danielle! come sit by us" Kayla shouted across the room.
"OMG Danielle when you left Ms.Blues class she stared at your ass"
"Um what do you mean?"
"When you left her eyes met your ass .I'm not gonna lie you do have one of the nicest ass's in the school, no homo"
omg she looked at my ass I mean that's weird but I feel happy now.
Third and fourth period were a breeze considering the fact that I'm the only one who actually does their homework.
It's 3:45 and we get our first report cards today, I think I may be the only one excited about getting it , I most likely have straight A's "what's the worry" I thought to myself.
"Danielle Middleton" my teacher Mr.Smith said as he looked at me with confusion.
"Oh no, I hope I didn't get bad grades!" I thought. As he hands me my report card I anxiously open it , it reads
Mathematics- A
English - A
History- B
Science - F
Gym - A
Culinary- B
Band- A
What! I got an F in science. In science! but I turn in all my homework this has to be a mistake.
"Danielle I see you've seen your grades I think you should go talk to Ms.Blue about tutoring"
"This can't be I turn In all my homework?" I shouted to my teacher
"I'm not your science teacher don't tell me" he retorted back.
After I left the class I ran toward Ms.Blues room. I opened the door and slammed my report card on her desk.
"WHAT IS THIS! WHY DO I HAVE AN F?" I shouted
"Calm down little lady!" She said calmly
" I always turn in my homework why do I have an F?"
"Well it's not your homework that brought you down it's your test scores" she said worriedly
" Mr. Smith said to ask you for tutoring, do you think you can help me then" I said looking down in disappointment.
"Okie dokie, sure , how about you come to class after school tomorrow and we can get started. sounds good ?" she said with a bright happy smile.
"Sure thing! thanks Ms.Blue"
I then left the classroom but I had a weird feeling inside me sort of like an excitement a little too excited.
