After we paid for the clothes, I put my clothes away in my new apartment, then we went to Sakura's house to study. "Okay, Nemesis-chan, the first thing to being a ninja is that a ninja must see through deception." Sakura said.
"What does that mean?" I asked. "Well, put it this way: Some looks can be deceiving." She explained. "Ah, I see."
(Time skip)
After studying for two hours, Sakura quizzed me and I passed with "flying colors".
I said, goodbye to Sakura, then went to my new apartment. I used the key I was given to unlock the door and walked inside. It almost looked like my house back at home. I went to my room and hung up my new clothes in the closet, then sat on the edge of the bed.
"I should probably go food shopping before it gets too late." I said to myself. I picked up my apartment key, then headed back out. I went to the grocery store and bought some food. I also bought some sleepwear for when I go to bed.
"Have a nice day." The clerk said as I left the store. I went back to my house and put the food and clothes away. There was a knock at my door, so I went to go answer it. "Kakashi." I said as he stood there. "Hey. Lord Hokage forgot to give you this,"
Kakashi held out a headband with a symbol on it. "It symbolizes that you are a ninja." He explained. "Thank you." I said, taking the headband. "Anyway, have a good night." Kakashi said, then left.
I closed my door and went back to my room, setting the headband on my dresser. I lied back on my bed, staring up at my ceiling. "How will I get back to Akademi?" I whispered.
