{Bri's P.O.V.}

I grabbed my key out of my bag and unlocked the door. I took one step in and I was speechless.

Alex ran up to me, sobbing hysterically. He hugged my legs and cried all over my jeans. I looked over to the living room floor and saw my aunt laying on the floor. her body was blue and she wasn't breathing.

I stood Alex up and held his shoulders. "What happened Alex?" I teared up, not sure if I should cry or stay strong for Alex.

"S-she came h-home from the b-bar, and I was u-upstairs doing homework when I c-came down and s-she was d-dead." He sobbed.

"Did you call the police?"

"No. I wanted to call you first." I wasn't mad because he was only an 11 year old. But I was still focusing on my dead aunt.

I felt like how I felt ten years ago, when I found out my parents died. My heart pounded loud in my chest as I sobbed uncontrollably.

I ran outside and saw Calum backing out of the driveway slowly. "CALUM WAIT!" I screamed and ran out to the driveway. I left my phone in his car and I needed to call the police.

He stopped immediately and unlocked the door. "Bri what's wro-" he didn't finish his sentence before I grabbed my phone and shut the door. I quickly dialed 911 and waited for a responce. Calum got out of the car as I was dialing the number.

"911 What's Your Emergency?" A middle aged woman spoke until the phone. "Yes I need an ambulance. My aunt isn't breathing and her body is blue." I sobbed and gave her the address. "Help is on the way, do you want me to stay on the phone?" The lady nicely asked. "No that's okay, thank you." I hung up and dropped to the ground, crying my eyes out.

Calum came and picked me up, holding me in his arms. I sobbed onto his sweatshirt as he rubbed my back.

The sirens got louder as a large ambulance pulled up in the driveway. 3 men ran into my living room and checked on my aunt.

"Is she breathing?" "No." I heard men speaking frantically. The men walked out with my aunt in a body bag.

"I'm sorry, but your aunt has died from alcohol poisoning."

{A/N: I'm sorry I know nothing about alcohol poisoning so if I'm wrong please feel free to correct me and ill fix it :)}

Calum stroked my hair as I cried more. I looked up and wiped my eyes. "What am I gonna do, Alex and I are homeless now."

"I'm not gonna let you live on the streets, Bri. I'm going to help you." Calum kissed my head.

"Why are you helping me? We barely talked until today."

"Because I like you, Bri. I will still help you through."

I didn't know what to say. Did I like Calum? I mean, we used to talk in elementary, but we have only been hanging out since today.

"Thank you Calum." Alex came up and joined our hug.
