Chapter Eight: Loving My Wonderful Family

A few weeks later.......

After giving birth to our daughter, Anastasia, a few weeks ago, we were finally becoming a loving family. It was a Saturday morning, and our daughter was an absolute delight. While Trey and I were peacefully sleeping, I was jolted awake by the sound of Anastasia's incessant crying. I quickly got out of bed and rushed to her room, only to find her crying as if she were in pain. Confused and concerned, I searched for the cause of her distress. After a moment of thought, I realized that Anastasia was hungry. I decided to start breastfeeding her, hoping to soothe her and alleviate her discomfort. As I gently fed her, Anastasia's cries gradually subsided, and she began to relax. After five minutes of breastfeeding, Anastasia felt much better and was content. I decided to play with her until it was time to change her diaper. As I removed her diaper and began the process of changing her, I noticed that Trey was waiting for me downstairs. Trey came to her room and asked, "Is Anastasia okay, boo?" I reassured Trey that she was fine, explaining that she had simply been hungry and wet. I had changed her diaper and was now preparing breakfast for us and the baby. Trey expressed interest in taking Anastasia for some playtime, and I agreed. While Trey played with Anastasia, I headed to the kitchen to prepare a hearty breakfast consisting of eggs, pancakes, and bacon. I also made some baby food for Anastasia. Once the food was ready, I shouted, "Baby, breakfast is ready!" Trey responded, "Ok, boo. I'm coming." We all gathered at the table, with Anastasia sitting in her high chair. We took a moment to pray and then began our meal. As we ate, Anastasia kept trying to get our attention, hoping to play with us. After breakfast, Trey picked up Anastasia, and we all headed to the living room, where we spent the rest of the morning playing together. However, the baby wanted to watch some TV that had some baby shows. The cable we have had tons of channels especially the Disney Channel. I put on the Disney Channel and the baby was liking the show so much. We put the baby in the playpen where she can look at the TV and Trey said "Come sit on the couch with me, angel." I said "I'm coming, boo." I sat next to Trey and said "Baby, I can't believe that we've come this far. We are happily married, have a wonderful daughter, and I will always love you forever." Trey said "I know, boo. (kisses me) Has your ex been trying to contact you?" I said "No. I had to block his number off my phone so he can never call me ever again." Trey said "Good. So, you ready to go back upstairs to make love again?" I said "Sweetie, six weeks is not over yet." Trey said "I know. I just want to cuddle up with you, baby girl." I said "We can cuddle up, boo. (giggles)" Trey said "(laughs) Let's go upstairs, baby." I said "What about the baby? We can't leave her down here by herself." Trey said "Bring her upstairs with us. We'll put her in the crib." I said "Ok." I picked up Anastasia and said "Hey, baby girl. Me and daddy are gonna cuddle up in bed." I brought her upstairs with Trey and I. As we were on our way to our bedroom, I went into Anastasia's room and put her in the crib. However, the baby started crying. I said "Oh, 'Tasia, I know you don't want me to leave you. I'll feed you your baby formula and sing to put you to sleep. Shh." I fed the baby some baby formula and I sang her a lullaby. Trey put his arms around me and whispered "Baby, I want you right now. Come into the bedroom." I whispered "Okay, sweetie. Just let me lay 'Tasia in her crib so she can sleep peacefully." Trey said "Ok, baby. With your sexy-ass self. (kisses me)" I laid the baby in the crib while she was sleeping. I closed the door behind me and Trey & I went our bedroom. I closed the door and Trey said "Come here, baby." I walked towards Trey and Trey said "Now that 'Tasia's asleep, you ready to cuddle with me?" I smiled and said "Yes." Trey said "Then, come into the bed with me, boo." I went into the bed with Trey and Trey said "Take off your clothes. I just want to see you naked." I took off my clothes and I was all naked. I went in the bed and laid next to Trey. I said "Sweetie, I don't want to wake up our daughter while we're cuddling." Trey said "We're not gonna wake 'Tasia up. We'll stay quiet." I said "All right." Trey said "Give me a kiss, boo." I started kissing Trey and said "Baby, can you make me feel good?" Trey said "How do you want me to make you feel good, girl?" I said "You can make me feel good in any way you want to." Trey said "How about we start off with a nice back massage?" said "I would love that." Trey said "Okay. Lay down for me." I laid down on the bed and Trey gave the best back massage. Trey and I checked on 'Tasia to see if she was awake and she was. I picked her up and we all went downstairs into the living room. Trey said "Sweetheart, can we sit on the couch while Anastasia is playing?" I said "Sure." I put Anastasia in the playpen so she can play. Trey and I sat in the couch and we started watching TV. However, Trey wanted to know if me, him, and Anastasia can get out of the house before the day was over. Trey said "Why don't you, me and the baby get out of the house? Go to the park?" I said "Ok." We decided that it would be fun if we got out of the house. I said "'Tasia, you wanna go to the park?" Anastasia cooed and smiled. Trey said "I think she wants to go the park, baby." I said "I think so, too. Let's get dressed and go the park, sweetie." Trey said "A'ight, boo. (kisses me)"
